Love this podcast

I bought a 55 unit complex and it has tons of issues. I’m green to this but you give me hope. Hopefully I’ll become better soon and profitable sooner. Any podcasts on turning a bad property around with no budget will be great. The ARV numbers look great but not sure how to get the large up front Investment. Keep doing what you’re doing for people like myself who are hanging on by a thread and a dream.

Value and knowledge 2nd to none! A must listen

I look forward to Michaels podcast they are always full of knowledge from people who are passionate about the business. One thing that I love is hearing people’s stories that have coming from little or nothing and change their life. I’ve been listening to the podcast for about six months now and I’ve Chosen the multifamily asset class as a means of financial and time freedom the biggest hurdle that I see for myself is raising capital. This has been of more value than I ever could have expected! 10 STARS!!!

I love how you talk about the importance of the first deal and keep enforcing how important it is for people to take that very first step as it is the hardest yet most important. Incredible Content!

As a young aspiring investor wanting to buy my first multi-family property, Michael’s podcast is one of the most valuable resources I’ve found to date. I’ve read dozens of books and watched hours of videos on the subject of real estate investing but there’s always something new I learn every episode. I’ve recommended Michael’s podcast to the entire Undergraduate Real Estate Club at UC Berkeley. I also recently purchased Michael’s “Syndicated Deal Analyzer”, which I’m very impressed with, as I have a background in real estate private equity. Michael Blank is a true pro!!
