Incredible wealth of knowledge from hosts and guests

I’ve been listening to this podcast for many years and it never disappoints. Michael Blank and Garret Lynch are super knowledgable about multifamily real estate investing, and they bring on top guests all who have a different perspective and bring new ideas to the table every episode.

Straightforward Info

I started listening to Michael a few weeks before DML 2021. Through some happenstance, I ended up attending DML 2021! Michael presents info in a clear, straightforward manner. The focus on objectively evaluating real estate (or any investment really) is great. Also, hearing from other people in the industry helps round-out my education.

Thinking much bigger

This podcast makes you think much bigger than you ever thought you could about real estate. It is interesting but not so long that you get bored. It’s just great for potential investors both passive and active!

Long overdue. Thank you, Michael.

This review is years overdue. My journey started as a fan of Michael's excelent podcast. I went on to use Michael’s Syndicated Deal Analyzer underwriting program. Later I had the honor of guesting on this show. Eventually, even got the opportunity to speak at his conference this year. I started as a fan of this incredible podcast. Michael gives knowledge, generously. His intent is well placed. He leads of authenticity and humility. As an interviewer, Michael is a great listener and takes the time to prep for his guests. The commercial real estate industry would do well to take a lead to the way Michael leads with values and transparency.

Informatie Show

Michael had some great episodes on building an email funnel that I thought were quite helpful. He does a great job leveraging his team’s talents and covering a lot of ground. I appreciated how he got into the business with “example” deals - takes some hustle but that was smart and creative.

Very Insightful Apartment Investing podcast

Michael Blank does an excellent job of providing valuable insights for new apartment investors. He emphasizes the “law of the first deal” and goes out of his way to provide free advice and resources to help others succeed. I highly recommend listening to his latest podcasts in 2020 then going back to listen to the prior podcast that interest you the most. Keep it up Michael and team!!
