This review is years overdue. My journey started as a fan of Michael's excelent podcast. I went on to use Michael’s Syndicated Deal Analyzer underwriting program. Later I had the honor of guesting on this show. Eventually, even got the opportunity to speak at his conference this year.

Michael gives knowledge, generously. His intent is well placed. He leads of authenticity and humility.

As an interviewer, Michael is a great listener and takes the time to prep for his guests. The commercial real estate industry would do well to take a lead to the way Michael leads with values and transparency.
