Value and knowledge 2nd to none! A must listen

I look forward to Michaels podcast they are always full of knowledge from people who are passionate about the business. One thing that I love is hearing people’s stories that have coming from little or nothing and change their life. I’ve been listening to the podcast for about six months now and I’ve Chosen the multifamily asset class as a means of financial and time freedom the biggest hurdle that I see for myself is raising capital. This has been of more value than I ever could have expected!
