Our guest today is Retired Lt. and US Navy SEAL Larry Yatch, Founder and CEO of SEAL Team Leaders. The power of Larry’s story combined with his understanding of leadership and what it takes to win have led to incredible success as an entrepreneur.

Larry shares how he wanted to be a SEAL from a young age and used that focus to accomplish his dreams. After retiring at 28 due to massive back surgery, Larry turned to entrepreneurship and has helped many achieve success. His stories of combat are as powerful as the extraordinary transformations he inspires.

About the Guest:

The only thing Larry ever wanted to be or do was taken away from him at the age of 28. He had trained at the elite levels as a Navy SEAL and it all came crashing down after a massive back surgery, followed by many other surgeries. He’ll never forget the moment when his fiancée Anne turned to him after the news and said,

“What makes you extraordinary isn’t what you can do physically. It's how your brain works, how you think.

Wouldn’t it be incredible if we could take all that knowledge, all those experiences, all those hard won lessons and bring them to people who know they are extraordinary... and want to create more of that?”

When Larry left the SEAL teams and went into entrepreneurship, he had no idea how difficult it would be to create the same level of high performance he experienced as a SEAL every day. The one thing he craved more than anything else was a team that supported him at the level needed. This team he envisioned wasn’t happy with anything less than excellence.

Now, Larry finds himself and the team he has formed empowering other entrepreneurs. Building up their teams, so that they can find success with a powerful backing of their own.
