How would you feel if, at age 14, you had to meet with bank managers in an attempt to save the family home? An earlier decision, made at only 11 years old, to only listen to voices that told her she was capable and worthy, allowed Juli Nimitz to meet this challenge and many more. From overcoming childhood poverty to creating success as a top-performing IT salesperson and long-time volunteer who runs her own business and travels the world, Juli has clearly proven how the power of decisions and habits have impacted her life and why she believes they can do the same for yours.

About the Guest:

At age 11, Juli Nimitz made the decision to only listen to voices that told her she was capable and worthy. That decision enabled her to navigate a time of poverty as a teen, and go on to obtain an engineering degree and later, have a career as a top-performing salesperson in the IT staffing industry. Throughout her life, Juli has used the power of decisions and habits to successfully navigate the inevitable challenges we all face.

Today, Juli’s life includes world travel, active volunteerism, and business ownership. A volunteer of 25 years, she is focused on leading PAWS, a no-kill adoption center for dogs and cats, to ongoing financial stability. She is the owner of ROI Technical Recruiting, a WBENC-certified business specializing in IT staffing and recruiting. Juli and her husband love to travel and always welcome the adventure of learning.
