YBOP Intro/Outro:

Welcome back to Your Brain On Positive. All the love and support you need is residing inside of you. And we're going to make it easier to turn it on.

Jackie Simmons:

Welcome to your brain on positive, the podcast. And I am delighted that you are here for this particular episode on who to partner with. And why. Who, who is your who is the one person that if you could have a conversation with them, it would make all the difference in the world, to your personal life, to your professional life, to your business, to your love life, one person that if you could just have some time with them and ask them a question, it would make a difference. Who are your partners? It's an interesting question for me, because in this moment, you Yes, you? You are my partner? How do I know you're listening to the podcast? You're watching the video on YouTube, you have decided to partner with me for the duration of this conversation. Which brings us to the second part, who to partner with? And why. So why are you here?

Jackie Simmons:

What are you looking to find here that you haven't found anywhere else? That would help me be a better partner. So if something popped into your head, when I asked that question, please put it in the comments, put it in the chat, send me an email. It's the power of understanding who to partner with and why is the power of your prosperity. Partnerships that work, ease the way to prosperity in ways that not partnering, or a partnership that you don't know the why behind. Just get in the way of your prosperity. So let's talk about your why. I love talking about your wife. I love knowing

Jackie Simmons:

what is it that gets you up in the morning, what juices you up what helps you feel inspired? What motivates you when you are tired? What is your why? And then when you can focus on that when you can focus on your why, who to partner with and why becomes more obvious. Here's how it worked for me. My y was very elusive. And it only became well, it wasn't just very elusive. My y was totally hidden from me. And I went looking for y in all the wrong places. I went looking for y in the eyes of my partner, I went looking for my y in the words of a guru, I went looking for my y everywhere except where my y resides, which is in my own backyard, actually inside what I call the ballpark the ultimate ballpark that space behind my eyes and between my ears. That's where my y resides. My Wi Fi only revealed itself and I can't say I discovered it because I wasn't really looking for it. I thought I knew that I was out to change the world and I was out to change the coaching industry and I was out to get back at all of the well meaning business coaches who had pretty much beaten my intuition out of me for my own good trying to help me focus on the more tangible aspects of business. And from their point of view that made sense.

Jackie Simmons:

Couldn't find my why in techniques or tools, or income producing activities, or time blocking or funnels, or email templates or headline strategies or a AI enabled language, I couldn't find my why in any of those things because those were all what outside of me and my Y is inside of me. Your y is inside of you. You know you're getting closer to your y when you feel good. When you feel excited when you feel inspired when you feel satisfied. When you feel successful when you feel peaceful. Those are all signs that you're in the vicinity You have your why. So when was the last time you felt that way? Think about what you were doing, think about what you were thinking because really thinking make it so, Shakespeare said Nothing is good or bad, but thinking makes itself I say what we label the thing that thing becomes and labels always limit us. So, take your why and remove all the labels from it. When I got rid of all the labels, all the qualifiers all of the parameters around it

Jackie Simmons:

I found my Y first, why is the y important your y will come out of your problems your y will come out of your history your why will come out of your temporary defeats that might have felt like failures at the time, your why comes out of all of that because most of us are on a mission to help other people avoid all of that or to help other people come out of all of those things that don't feel good and get into what they believe will make them feel better, easier and faster. All businesses exist to solve problems all good mentors all good friends exists to help ease the journey from what doesn't feel good to What does so my suggestion is look for your why and what feels good here's my why. My why is to help as many people as possible reclaim their optimism while having as much fun as I can have in the process. So I'll say that again.

Jackie Simmons:

My why is helping as many people as I can reclaim their optimism while having as much fun as I can have. That's my why if you are not somewhere in your why statement it's not yours it's somebody else's it's what somebody told you you should want you took yourself to should bill should bill is going to be a conversation of another rant, nother podcast. Right now let's focus on the positive because when you are clear on your why who to partner with becomes clearer see help as many people as I can reclaim their optimism your brain on positive is the podcast, you are my audience. How do I know you're my ideal audience? You're here that makes you ideal. Congratulations, you are ideal. I believe you are exceptional.

Jackie Simmons:

So you are my partner. Who else is my partner? Anyone you refer to me? Anyone who you believe could use a little dose of optimism because I believe a spoonful of optimism changes your biology. A spoonful of optimism makes it possible to keep going when you're dealing with the temporary defeat what we used to call failures that some people call a life lessons. I don't want to learn any more lessons. Well guess what? Life comes with lessons. It's kind of why we're here to learn to grow, and what I believe to be true.

Jackie Simmons:

Life lessons are repeated until learned. So here's the lesson I want you to learn today. So you don't ever have to repeat it. First and foremost, no. Don't try to partner with anybody. Don't try to hire anybody. Don't try to inspire anybody. Don't try to help anyone. Don't let anyone hire you. Until you know your why you are so connected in with what makes life just good and juicy for you. That you feel like dancing, and you dance like nobody's looking. And it's just wonderful. And life is really good and you don't need anybody else. You don't need anybody to partner with you. Life is already good. What's happening inside your skin is good. You are self inspired.

Jackie Simmons:

And when you are self inspired, Your ideal partners just might choose to be inspired with you. By the way, that's an advanced speaker training from the messenger community that I run. Your job is not to try to inspire other people your job is not to try to get hired by other people. Your job is to inspire yourself so much to hire yourself to inspire yourself to be so good when you are good enough alone. That when you go out in public If your energy is so yummy, your vibration is so high that people who were tired before they ran into you in a grocery store become inspired by being with you. That's your job. So who do you partner with? Start with yourself. Start with yourself, find the most inspiring story you can find about yourself and tell it to yourself over and over and over again until you find a better one, inspire. And let the rest of his choose to be inspired with you.

Jackie Simmons:

So thank you for listening to, who to partner with and why. If you want more ways to prosperity, because I believe perfect partnerships always make for more prosperity for everyone involved. I have a gift for you, you'll find the link in the show notes is called 39 ways to prosperity. And you'll have Jackie in your inbox. That's almost as good as having Jackie in your pocket. One of my clients coined that when she realized that she was speaking Jackie isms to other people. She's like, I have Jackie in my pocket. Cool, good place for me to be. So until you have Jackie in your pocket, you can have Jackie in your inbox, short little one to two minute ways to prosperity every day for 39 days.

Jackie Simmons:

Why 39 days, because I had a deadline. And I counted back on the calendar and I'm like, I've got 39 days, I can record a video every day for you guys. And I did it every day. And that became the 39 ways. So I hope that you got a little bit more inspired not by me, but by you. The world is waiting for you to be the most inspiring version of you that you can be. So please do it. And don't keep it a secret.

Jackie Simmons:

Please do it. And then go out with a smile on your face and let people ask you what drugs you're taking. Let people choose to be influenced by you. You don't have to work hard at this. But you do have to do you and you have to do you inspired and if you're struggling with being tired instead of inspired, please ask yourself the question. What's the most inspiring moment I can remember and just focus there for a moment, let your vibration come up. I highly recommend you do that before you meditate before you use any other tools. Bring your vibration up under your control, and then allow all of your tools and techniques and meditations and guided imagery is to build on the foundation that is rock solid because you created it. Thank you. Please choose you. Today. The world needs you

Jackie Simmons:

in the most inspired version of you more now than ever. So thank you for being here. Thank you for being you. You are exceptional. Now go out and have your best day ever.
