I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it

how often have you been guilty of allowing what has gone on in your past to dictate your future? To define your future? How long have you kept yourself from taking action because of past mistakes in that area. Because of fear.

Sometimes you need some self awareness around it, you might not even realize it's happening sometimes. But as you look back on reflection, it's amazing how often we do we avoid different situations or we repeat the same patterns and then wonder how we ended up where we ended up. But just as important of letting go over the past is actually making peace with your future. freeing up your future. And one of the ways we do that is by not taking restrictions into your future plans into what you think you're capable of. Because how often has someone asked you about the future. And your head immediately goes to all of the things that might restrict you from having what you really want. Maybe you don't even share what you really want, because you're worried about what the reaction from them might be all because you feel like an impostor. Because Oh, well who am I to think I can have that. Or even to want that you are the person that is a incredibly powerful being the ability to dictate your own future. You don't have to be at the mercy of the past. You don't have to be defined by your past. We learn from the past. That's why I've recommended to you guys before like take time to review. Take time to learn from the past. But don't dwell there. Don't spend any energy and time going over and over the same ground, telling those same stories complaining whinging, wondering what could have been because it doesn't serve any purpose. While it's important to talk out what has been continuing to repeat it again and again, will not serve. You might recognize patterns like that when you are talking to your partner to friends. Just have a self awareness around it. Because until you have self awareness and you catch yourself and you change the story till you do that the past has a good chance of defining your future. But it's time to change. And you get to choose them know sometimes we could look at the cards were dealt and think well, I'm doing the best I can with what I've got. Yeah, and they'll point that's true. That also can be a way that you justify what you haven't got where you haven't achieved that You know, you can just excuses really external blame the blaming your circumstances, or the family you were born into the different things that happened to you there no doubt they have an impact. But how long will you allow them to have an impact? When will you decide you're going to stand up and create a new story to rewrite the blueprint of your mind, to create a whole new identity of who you are. Because that new identity, that new version of you that new blueprint, that version is capable of so much more, as one of the things that I really learned on my own growth journey, and I love having that same conversation with my clients. The amount of times I've said to myself, I'm still playing too small. And then the realization that I see with my clients when they just realize, Wow, this is how far I've come in this period of time. How much more Am I capable of tixati. That's what we're talking about a vision, it's like, take away the restrictions. Don't allow those restrictions to hold you back. Open your mind and think of what would you like your life to be like? What do you truly want, if there were no restrictions, if you had all the resources that you need, because when you create a vision from that place, anything is possible. Anything that is in your heart, you can have. Now, I'm not naive enough to think that just create this idea, and you can do anything you want. But anything that's in your heart, and your heart's desires, that's already done, your heart would not be calling you to it, unless your heart didn't know it was already done, it's already gonna happen, it's about you now taking the steps. Because we can truly have anything that our hearts desires that our heart truly desires. So this is why it's important to get clear on the vision. Because if you're creating this idea of what you want, and it's not what you had, truly, once well, then yeah, that's when you're going to run into different restrictions. And you're going to run into obstacles that point you in another direction, to how you know what your heart truly desires. On your own, take time to get still to close your eyes to relax, and allow your heart mind and soul come into alignment. And share those messages with you. He probably can recognize times like that when you're on holidays, when you've switched off from from all the day to day stresses and you have all these different creative ideas where you can do that day to day as well. So that's the fastest way to do it. The second fastest way actually can be even faster, can be the fastest way is to get guidance on that. To have someone help guide you and question you. So you're hanging around with the same people. And they're just saying yes to whatever you think and not really challenging you. That's that's not going to get you growing. Because a part of your Boston and they may keep you in that same on that same trajectory, but have people in your world who challenge you to question your decisions, who question what you want for the future? Because only then can you plot a course to a better place. Otherwise you just repeating the same loops. As always, the choice is yours. You're your past doesn't define your future. Your future is not written yet. Take action today. You will never regret it.
