As you tune into each episode, you will receive insight into your own grief, how to eliminate it, and what to do next. Before we start by one request, if any new insights or awareness land with you during this episode, please send me an email at info at the and Hawkins coaching.com. And let me know what you found. I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

I often talk to people about where they're heading, whether it's career business, and they come up with this thought around I think I need to do this program, I think I need to do this study, I think I need to get these credentials. And it comes from a belief that people will value you because of a certificate because of a a credential like that, like something that's coming from a whether it's a degree or training or whatever it is. where you're at now, you have so many skills, you have such a high level of expertise in the areas that you are really good at your strengths. You don't need any more credentials. At this point in your life, what you need is to have full appreciation of just how strong you are just how can say competent, but like more more strength than just competency, right? You have an expertise in the areas that you've excelled at in the areas that have sometimes challenged you as well. And the reason why you've excelled at it is because you've continued to push the envelope, you've continued to find ways to improve in that area. And when you focus in that area of strength, and whether it's career, you're looking for a new job, whether it's in business, and you're looking for the next level of growth, or just in any other part of your life, once you can recognize just how much strength you have in that area that changes everything. So rather than looking at where you're at and saying, Well, what credentials do I have? And looking through what you do have, and then thinking what you should have in there. Look at your personal strength credentials. What is what is it that people say about you that you're so good at? And if you're not sure, ask, ask important people in your life. Ask people that you've worked with, ask clients, ask customers, partners, every everyone that you can think of and ask them what it is that you bring to the table. And I guarantee you'll be pleasantly surprised. If you look into your heart, you'll probably hear things you already know about yourself. Taking the inventory on these personal strength credentials, will change everything. Because when you look at that list, that you've compiled yourself, and then you get it further validated by asking other people in your life. You'll just see how valuable you are, how strong you are, how much you bring to the table. And going forward, whether you're going for a job interview, where you're looking to promote your business, whether you're looking to further relationships in your life, improve in any area, it's those credentials that are going to take you forward. It's those personal strength credentials, which people are going to want to hear from, they're not only going to want to hear you talking about them, but they want to see you demonstrate them. And that's what's going to change everything for the trajectory of your life. To take the time to take this this inventory. The more time you can sit with this. And allow yourself to have an honest conversation with yourself about just how strong you are. Then the more powerful this exercise is going to be.

As always take action, do this now. If you're listening and you're driving, wait till you stop driving or pull over the side of the road, make notes in your phone, whatever it is But take this action. It's going to carry you so far forward and it's going to take you forward quickly.
