I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

I saw this quote the other day, my mental health gets worse the more success that I get. And was from quite a well known person quite well followed. And I just thought that was a fairly inappropriate comment to be putting out there. It's suggesting that once you get more success, then life's gonna get more difficult. And that's not true. Firstly, what's your definition of success? Success is how you feel within yourself. Success is how you are being able to navigate your way through life, still feeling at your absolute optimum. To me, if you're going further up some other ladder of success career or anything else. That's only one part of your success. And if your mental health is getting worse, then you're not getting more successful, you are absolutely not getting more successful. So making sure that when you're looking at your journey, first and foremost, it starts with you. Success is how you feel physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. And there are elements of your life that are going to be important around career around progress around performance. Absolutely. But if that's the only level the only marker of success in your life, then yeah, you probably will have struggles in your mental health. From my experience, on my growth journey for the last 12 years, is that actually, the challenges do get BIA, but you get so much better at dealing with them. And your mental health continues to get stronger. So your physical health, your emotional health, your spiritual health, because you keep doing the work, and more success comes and you feel better. And there's exponential growth in that. So get really clear within yourself what success looks like what it actually means to you. Because there's plenty of people that might look successful outwardly, the world might deem as successful, but the rest of us falling apart. Because if you're not nurturing yourself, and you're getting this success in inverted commas that you think is what the world wants from you, then it will come at a cost your health, your relationships. And for some people, they'll end up having everything they've built, whether that's a career or wealth or whatever else they're pinning to success come crashing down on the lose it all because they are putting their focus in the wrong areas. So don't buy in to just because someone's out there in the public eye and they've got lots of people following him. Don't buy into everything you hear into everything you read, because so much of it's just not true. You need to use discernment within yourself for what makes sense and what doesn't. Don't go along with the crowd just because it's a popular opinion for the person saying it's a popular person. You get to define success. You get to strengthen your health. And in this case, they were talking about mental health. You can improve it to the more success you get your mental health can can be can become stronger, stronger and stronger. Get clarity on what success looks like. Make sure you are including prioritizing yourself through that. Go out and make it happen and don't let anyone else tell you that it's going to be any particular way. You get to make it your way how you want it to be. And if there's challenges in the road, like your mental health, then there is so many ways out there that you can improve. You don't have to be a slave to other people's opinions, even the most popular ones.
