I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

yesterday's episode with Anthony buggy was all about the foundational piece of that hunger for more. And that's something that Anthony's dedicated a fair bit of time and energy to, to having more in his life and something that I really relate to, I can remember when my dad passed, thinking about the word mortality and the fragile nature of life and thinking that there's got to be more to life this there has to be more. And just asking that question or having that thought that desire put me on a path to so many more wonderful things. And that's why it's such a foundational piece. Getting that clarity on what it is that is most important. So how many times have you taken the time to pause and thought about what more looks like in your life? We start training, my free training, which will be available online to access at any time very soon. That's one of the pieces that we have in there. And I had a conversation with one of the participants working through it, the most recent live version of the start training. And I asked him the question is like what why do you feel undeserving of have more of what if the undeserving of asking and having a goal? It's it's beyond? It's beyond where you're at now. And while they couldn't answer that question, they didn't realize that there was something that was so important for them to be able to have that and to and to start thinking what it is that that is beyond their current situation. It's hard to have hunger for more if you don't know what more is. And it's hard to grow. And it's hard to heal. And it's hard to let go if you don't know why. If you don't know what you're working towards, to what end to having an inspirational goal for your future will always create more hunger will always create more desire more motivation, particularly when that inspiring goal is very much an emotional connection to your life. Now, we've all been through tough times. We've all been through grief. So we know what those days are like. So finding it an inspirational goal that's related to that biggest moment for you, is going to be the one that has the strongest pool. So my dad passed away at 64. To my mind, people shouldn't die that young. And he died because of complications from a number of different health issues. Well, let's look at what happened to me. I've had such a strong desire since then, to look after my personal physical health. And what I've learned is that what's so important for physical health is mental health, emotional health, spiritual health. So I put a heap of time, energy and money into all four of those things. Because I will not be dying young, because my health has let me down. It just won't happen. I'm going to have I'm going to have put everything I can into making sure that I improve in those areas. Now you reckon that comes with 100 you can absolutely guarantee it does, because it's so personally linked to my own story. So what is your inspiring goal? What have you been through that you never want to go through again? What have you experienced what have you seen that you never have to want to experience again? And what is on the other side of that? What's the alternative? What's the positive if you know what you don't want? What's the opposite? So I knew I didn't want to die young. So I'm gonna make sure that I live a long and full life. When kids laugh at me when I talk about living to 150, but why the fuck not? Like how we don't know what's possible? We don't know what's possible. Technology, ancient wisdom so many different areas of our life that we do not know the answers to what is this human body actually capable of? So much has been hidden from us for so long, whether by design, or just because we've never known to look in certain spaces. But every day I see something from someone learning something else about just how incredibly capable humans are of increase of expansion of growth. So that's my inspiring goal. And that gives me a hunger for more every single day. So what's yours? Find that inspiring goal and you will be hungry every day. You'll still have down days, you'll still have setbacks, but you'll be able to get back on the horse and get back into it quickly. Recover. Move forward. Keep working towards that be inspiring go.
