After spending years of my life numb, running on autopilot, not knowing anything different, but knowing there’s more out there, how do you make change? Hi, my name is Anthony, and I wasn’t always the person that you hear today during this interview. Abandoned by my mother at the age of 7, carrying more load than I felt I should, and years of running around in circles that I didn’t even know I was doing. From being numb and unaware to seeking help as a male and a tradie and getting clarity. Leading to a path of doing things that I’m truly passionate about. Here’s a snippet of my journey on my quest for more!

Ian Hawkins is the Founder and Host of The Grief Code.
