I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

You'd be familiar with the idea of having tunnel vision of having that focus that's so narrowed, that you know exactly what you should be doing. To me, I look at a little bit differently. That tunnel vision might mean you miss an opportunity that was really close, but not close enough for you to see it because the tunnel is so focused on how you think it's got to be that you lose sight of different opportunities, different ways to improve things. So rather than a tunnel, it's more like a groove. And when I say groove, like imagine a cutting on the side of a hill, like a slope. Gonna have like a valley, you create a groove, by persistence, you have a walking track, right? People walking over a long period of time the track becomes more visible and increases. You think if you're working on something in a workshop or artistically that the more you can repeat the same task in the same area and you can create a groove in suddenly a track through that persistence. So you create this groove to follow through practice through persistence. Become becomes easier because repetition means that you can just follow that same path. But because it's like a opening, like that cutting like a valley that that angles out in both directions, you can also see what else is out there. And be open to bring in new information and new ideas to enhance the groove that you're creating. And if you look at the other meaning of groove, right, more from a rhythmic perspective get your own groove. And add variation to make changes be more spontaneous, predictable results because of the foundations you've built. But the ability to adapt in all environments.

That's far more enjoyable and more flexible than this tunnel vision. Sometimes I wonder where these different concepts come from, like where such notions would have been conceived. And the skeptic in me says that are they but by design, that we've been shared different information to keep us stuck to close off our mind from possibilities. Because it's much easier to control a population that's predictable, set in their ways and able to think for themselves. But having your own groove allows you to do that allows you to see the unfairness in different elements of life and society. But not just throw your arms up in the air go What What can one person do, but instead realize that one person can do everything. I so much bought into that idea that one person can make a difference. But then again, I heard people say that this is how it works. The ripple effect of what you change will ripple out to everyone that you touch that they touch from a spiritual perspective, your whole reality Change is in front of you. And you change what's going on internally. You change your perception of the world what you see changes. So when you're driving down the street and you look out in a certain part of the landscape and you see a completely different view that you haven't seen before you like I've driven down this road, hundreds, maybe 1000s of times, I've never seen that before. That's what the journey through life's like when you start being open to new opportunities, but with persistent consistency in your group, your choice through consistent daily practices.
