You’re absolutely worth the peace and harmony you deserve in life. To get there we must not ignore our own emotional freedom and invest in ourselves as well as our relationships.
After years of working with children through social work Kimberly Koste understands that relationships are the most important thing we are, do, and have in our lives. She now coaches others to understand that each of us has value, and to transform their triggers to create true generational change.

About the Guest:

Kimberly Koste is a relationship and emotional freedom coach.

She teaches people who are:

  • sensitive, easily triggered or tend to take things personally
  • dealing with a difficult person or situation
  • generally struggling with relationships
  • experiencing prolonged heartbreak AND
  • motivated to totally transform their most challenging relationships
  • the tips, tools and techniques they need to create a life they love and have happy, healthy relationships.

She got her MA in clinical psychology and worked as a children's social worker for many years before landing in the "get 'er done," future-focused, transformational world of coaching.

She is passionate about showing people how simple it can be to transform their triggers, turn pain into power and create amazing relationships. And especially loves showing parents how easy it is to first manage their emotions, triggers and overwhelm and then teach these steps to their kids so that the next generation can truly be more emotionally intelligent and experience full emotional freedom their entire lives.

Her clients:

  1. Develop skills like setting boundaries, handling difficult conversations, making better choices, etc.
  2. Are more present with and for their children so they can pass down these skills to the next generation.
  3. Master Kimberly's "Road Map to Emotional Freedom" so they can tackle triggers and handle any situation that arises.
  4. Recognize and break painful patterns that have led to unsuccessful relationships in the past so that all their relationships rock!

Wherever they are on their journey, Kimberly is there to support and guide people home to their best selves.
