Prioritization is about a continuous evaluation of what you’re doing and a continuous vision of where you’re going. Prioritization is about ensuring that things that you put first on the list are actually aligned with the vision that you have and that take the best advantage of your energy and how you work best. As leaders, we tend to not consider the message that our prioritization process sends to people who are relying on us to get their work done.
