Always looking forward to the next interview!

Such an awesome and motivational podcast, even for those not involved with real estate. As a new entrepreneur, I find Stevens interviews both motivating and educational. I love listening to, and learning from, the trials and tribulations that others have been through. The knowledge you can take from this podcast and apply it to any business, is priceless. Thanks Steven and keep up the good work!

Gotta have the mindset!

Steve is a great host and there’s so much value throughout these episodes. Too many times the X’s and O’s of real estate are said to be more important than your mindset and I think this podcast is going to change that for the better. Cheers to Steve and the team!

A Podcast to add to your Routine

Wonderful podcast. Steven does an excellent job at guiding the conversation with each of the guests to find the true golden nuggest that each of us can implement to improve ouf lives in all aspects. Definitely take the time to listen to this podcast on a consistent basis.

My first ever review

I have been an entrepreneur my whole life. I am not involved in any real estate and have never written a review. I normally keep things to myself :) I have been fortunate enough to help build a business the last 30 years . The last couple of months I’ve been waking early and walking. I stumbled upon the podcast and have been listening ever since. Today I felt led to share what I’ve been experiencing while listening. In my opinion the common thread within the podcasts has to do with effecting peoples hearts and minds in a positive way. This resonates deep within my core. I have seen firsthand how people can change based on influences around them. This podcast is for Everybody! Thank you for inspiring me! Keep on building and encouraging the hearts and minds of people. Note: so I’m trying to send this review and it’s asking for a nickname. So I’m struggling to even do that :-) meaning I like to stay off the radar

Great Content

I started listening to this podcast about a month ago... I have been investing in real estate for the past 2 years and after listening to these podcasts, it has already started bringing success to our business.. Amazing content!

What a great show mixing in real estate investing and personal growth. I love the idea of the two in the same conversation. Episode #21 is one of my favorites, as a 26 year old debating on buying the nice sports car this episode really put In perspective what is important in life. My goal: is to be financially independent and have passive income to replace my expenses. My fear: Is if I fail, I would have to get a J.O.B and lose my independence. After this episode I realized what I really want is financial freedom and I should set aside anything else for now that would distract me. Thanks Steven!

Best Podcast for new investors

High recommend listening! This podcast has helped me make the jump into real estate investing! Each episode is an interview with a real investor that has the same problems that new investors will go through! They talk about their successes and their failures, their habits and their recommendations. Steven the host is the man and also an experienced investor. Great podcast!

Mindset, Motivation, and Education

Really enjoying this podcast. Steven asks the right questions to encourage guests to open up about their successes and failures. Hearing successful entrepreneurs talk about their approach to challenges and failures is eye opening, and great for those who learn by example. Episode 6 with Dan Mackin is my favorite so far. Dan talks about his internal struggle between doing what everyone else is doing (eg. Mircale Morning) and doing what works for him. Very relatable. This podcast is now part of my morning commute rotation.
