 .

Don’t miss:

  • Ian clarified that it enables you to make adjustments in areas that you have possibly neglected for too long.
  • When you apply this level of professionalism to your personal life, you will discover that you have far more time for what is really essential.
  • Ian expressed that you should think about some of the talents you bring with you to the business that are successful, and then consider how you could apply those skills in your personal life.
  • You can make that development by considering where you can bring that professionalism and then taking pleasure in the results of your labour by doing so.

Are you ready, ready to release internal pain, to find confidence, clarity and direction for your future, to live a life of meaning, fulfilment and contribution, to trust your intuition again, but something's been holding you back, you've come to the right place. Welcome. I'm a Ian Hawkins, the host and founder of The Grief Code podcast. Together, let's heal your unresolved or unknown grief by unlocking your grief code. As you tune into each episode, you will receive insight into your own grief, how to eliminate it, and what to do next. Before we start, by one request, if any new insights or awareness land with you during this episode, please send me an email at info at the and Hawkins coaching.com. And let me know what you found. I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

Repeat conversation I have with clients is them not wanting to bring work home. And so they're neglecting to use the same skills, the same knowledge, the same processes, the same things that work into their home life into their personal life, because of this idea of not bringing work home of not bringing the workplace into the home life. But what if you looked at it from a different perspective, and instead decided that you're going to make your personal life more professional? Now, why would you do that, because it creates more time, it creates more efficiency, it creates more success. It allows you to improve things. It allows you to have mature, calm, important, tough conversations to make improvements. And allows you to make improvements in areas that perhaps you have just been letting drift for too long. So have a think about some of those skills you bring to the workplace that just work and have a think, where could you apply them to home? Where could you apply them to other areas of your personal life? So for example, if you're someone that's really good at operations, and project managing things, and you get everything really organised. And yet at home, you're the opposite. Well, what can you bring out? If you're someone that is looking after concepts and ideas and big picture thinking in the workplace, but in your personal life, you're barely looking past the next week. Well, then what can you bring to the table. And I'm telling you, you bring this level of professionalism to your personal life, you will find you have so much more time for what's most important. You'll feel so much more satisfied and fulfilled with your life and where it's heading. There'll be been time for more enjoyment, you'll have the energy for all the things you want to do. And you'll just notice a real change and people will notice the change in you as well. So really quick one for today. Think about what you can bring that improvement thinking about where you can bring that professionalism and enjoy the fruits of doing so.
