I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

Tell me what you've loved. It's been a great year for the podcast I've connected with many of you met new people had some awesome guests on loved every chat that I've had loved it. Or you'd like to chat. So that makes it easier. But we are fast approaching episode 301 I'd love to hear is not just in the last 12 months. But over the course of the podcast because like I said, come up to episode 301 of you laughed. Let me know even better, if you're prepared to have a really quick chat with me which we would record and then put on the podcast. So that's something that you would love to dabble on, maybe it's a little stepping stone for you becoming on and actually being a guest yourself. But I'd love to hear from you. What have you loved. As I reflect on the the year myself, what I've loved is the guests that have just popped up out of nowhere, that I'll be thinking or I need to find some more guests. And then suddenly, I'll just get bombarded with a whole lot of different conversations or people referring people to me. And suddenly, there we are, we've got the next couple of months of interviews planned out. And I love also, I jump onto these interviews and I'm expecting it to go a certain direction. And then bang, they tell me something that I was not expecting. And I have the most amazing experience I have you have experienced that too, with particularly the interviews. And then I've also loved just those impromptu moments where sometimes this, the sound may not be of the highest quality, but I've just been inspired to share something with you. Even even this last couple of weeks where I've been, quite often been outside. And you may have heard the noise of the insects and the birds in the background, maybe the odd car coming past as well. But that's how I've wanted this podcast to be to be raw to be in the moment. Even the interviews, right? Obviously, there's some formality to it. And you wouldn't even seen the style of how I interview change over the time. Ultimately, though, it's like I want to just to be as as raw as possible, just whatever's coming through to me either when I'm doing an individually, just getting my thoughts out, but also when I'm interviewing people and just allowing the conversation to flow where it flows so that it can be more like what you would know from just your own conversation. So you can relate in a way that it's yeah, it's just more natural. Not not contrived. isn't enough of that out there. Whether you're watching TV or listening to something, there's a lot that's, you know, scripted. Yeah, so I've enjoyed bringing you lots of unique stories and having that that flexibility just to allow the chat to go wherever it's gone. I've also loved getting to know many of you the messages. I love it when people messaged me to say that they enjoyed a particular episode. Yeah, that brings me a heap of joy. And I appreciate all of you who have done that. I appreciate all of you who have just listened and maybe you you've never messaged me, you've never been in contact with me with me and maybe, maybe you never will. That's absolutely fine. But I appreciate every single one of you. And I have also loved that some of you have actually reached out and become clients. And then I love because I love to see the impact of the work that I do of passing on the knowledge and the skills that I've learned over the years. Any, and to help people to make those breakthroughs, and to really be able to back themselves for those things that they get to change those behaviors that are keeping them stuck, and ultimately feel better within themselves, and build those deeper connections with the people in the world. Because ultimately, that's what's most important. We can have all of this success in all the different areas of our life. But if we're not feeling content within ourself for not feeling that fulfillment, and we're not feeling like we've got people living our life with us, whether it's a partner, children, close friends, whatever, who, there's that sense that we've got each other's back, that we're supporting each other, that we were present with each other, that we're connected, that it's meaningful. Well, then what what is life for Rob? So I've told you a bit about what I've loved. Please do share. And for some of you, if you prepared to, I'd love for you to jump on a quick call and we can record it and you can be on your own episode in the not too distant future. I hope you have an amazing 2023 I'm looking forward to sharing more stories and more wisdom with you. Enjoy the ride. And keep looking for ways to unlock your Grief Code. I'll speak to you soon.
