I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

Sometimes, I don't take my own advice. And I want to share a little story about how and what happened when I didn't. When I wasn't paying attention. On football on the weekend, I saw play soccer, football. That's real football, right. And I got tripped over and and fell and the guy ran to went to avoid me well, so he tells me I had to take his word for it. And he stomped on the side of my head. And it'd be fairly significant cut on my ear from almost like where it joins in right right round that whole semicircle and wasn't bleeding too much. So of course, me being me, I got it taped up and went back on the field was because it was a really good game. And we were it was one all with the top team with a competent team that had a brightness really comprehensively the year before. So I was enjoying myself. Anyway, I'm I'm a big fan of listening to my body when it talks to me. And they're really clean messages that the body gives us. When we don't pay attention, the messages will come stronger, you may be familiar with the concept of feather brick truck, the universe or life where your body will give you a little ticker with a feather to get your attention. And if you're not paying attention, you know, listen, then it'll get to something a little bit more abrupt to get your attention. And that's the brick. Right? So that was my brick foot through the year. And what I forgot to mention was that the feather was my ears has been itchy during the week, a couple of nights in a row. So more Are you thinking what am I not hearing? What am I not listening to? And I wasn't seeing it wasn't hearing and it wasn't taking action. Now, unsurprisingly, the ear is our body's message to us saying we're not hearing right? Well, this makes total sense. But if you look at someone like Louise Hay, you can get a real deep understanding of watch what each of the body parts are telling us when we have an illness or injury or just something going on that it's out of the normal. So what I've realized on reflection is that well, actually, there's more to the story. I started like thinking about what was going on for me and I clearly hadn't got the message because this morning I woke up with a spy in my eye. And if you look at someone like Louise Hay, she says that a spy in your eye is your body telling you that you're seeing the world through angry eyes. So what's interesting is for the last month, I've been helping my clients whether it be individual sessions or in the group sessions, to release anger to release frustration and other unwanted emotions but but those were the most specific and the most prevalent ones. Now when you're a coach or a guide, or you're helping other people, what tends to happen is that what people need help with is just a reflection of what you need help with as well. It's just magic of the universe of mirrors back to us what we need to pay attention to. So this has been happening for a month and I wasn't getting the message that I had some anger that needed processing

and so Whoo. I had a long meditation this morning. And then the realization was, I didn't take myself through the same processes that I take my clients through. And actually yesterday's podcast episode. That's exactly what I share with you guys that same process. Now, there's some other processes that I included in that. And that depends on where you're up to and your own progression. It's really interesting, right? So yes, I still miss messages myself, I still get it wrong and engagement, and I'm still learning. It's the beauty of life. And I hope it can I continue to learn as I continue. And what was really interesting is what released through that meditation this morning through that process was a heap of frustration, of course. But exhaustion released, I had literally felt a lot of humans happening, and procrastination, The Amazing how anger can have that detrimental impact on our capacity to operate at our highest self at the most productive day. I've had it a long time today, which is awesome. So the lesson for me is to continue to tune in to what I've been presented by life. Now

if you haven't taken yourself through the meditation and yesterday's episode, so that's Episode 112, for those not sure what previous day was the days one month three, I'm sure. You go back and find yourself somewhere quiet and take yourself through that release. But if it's not that anger or frustration or unwanted emotions are showing up for you at the moment, but there is something that keeps repeating maybe it's a song, maybe it's a situation, maybe it's part of your body that continues to give you some sort of frustration or maybe there's just something there that you know is not right. Tune in or reach out and I'll send you a link that's gotten a lot of the major sort of injuries and illnesses little little they're pointing the right direction, do a Google searching and ask what is this particular body part mean for me sit a bit of time in reflection, go into meditation, just depends where you are the journey, but definitely pay attention because there's something there that needs to be resolved. All over there. Speak to you all tomorrow.
