I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

And voice in your head is so loud right. I want to share a little story that unfolded for me on Christmas day. My eldest 18 year old daughter wanted noise cancelling headphones for Christmas and so she pulled all the money from all the different people together together and said Oh give me a try. And I put these headphones on and it just rounds out everything and I'm just fully immersed in the music and I just lost it but I was just overcome with a couple of things and I got quite emotional literally brought tears to my eyes and the realization of this noise in my head is so loud so loud and it's constant now I knew it was loud and I knew that I had a lot going on in there and then hyper work on bless didn't realize how loud and what an impact it was having. And that moment of silence was tranquility was amazing. So I've experienced that in meditation and different other experiences where I've been guided through stuff by other people and even just being in nature but nothing when I was amongst the hustle and bustle everyone was getting ready for Christmas they think I was washing up other people were cooking and getting things ready but but never in that space was able to find that silence and it was quite a an amazing moment so if you think about the moments in your life that you are so consumed with the voices with that internal dialogue the negative stories that just leave you feeling stuck the problem is is so few of those moments of quiet and so the stories go on and on things like like why can't people share my passion for what I see in the world I fought I want to do why is it that I don't feel good enough to go and do all the different things that I want to do? Was it I don't have that confidence to really get myself out there at a level that I know that I'm capable of, or at least that I want to despite your ECSS right despite all the success you're still not at the level up can be one of those moments of really talking down to yourself about your physical appearance, the bad hair day the moments where you look in the mirror and you don't like what you see the moments of confusion around what how should I present myself here What should I dress in all these different stories that just go on and on and on? They all came back come back to the same place some moment in the past it's created these patterns created these stories that keep on repeating and because they keep repeating and yes they seem to keep going back to the same place you just have gone man out I end up here again. We're gone anyway. Yeah, I've done this and I've done that and I've improved but why am I having this pattern still can be most frustrating. Thething is, is that if you don't change the stories, if you don't make peace, then the patterns will repeat. But the moment you aware of the pattern, how often it happens, start catching yourself if it's helpful identify where this pattern was formed. And often it is helpful, particularly if it's a similar message that you had modeled to you or you experienced or witnessed. When you can change that story and rewrite the story then he has spent more time in the positive as I just highlighted before, doesn't mean the noise stops. But you can find more and more moments to get clarity to quieten the noise and to feel some semblance of peace instead of that relentless voice that continues in your head, and I smile as I say that because like I said, it's still been a different challenge for me at times. The difference now is I have so many tools and strategies and methods to be able to process it when I've allowed myself to get to the point where the noise gets too loud so you can get unstuck What is it you want? Change the story. Take action.
