Good day, everyone. I've been teasing this for a while now, I have a brand new ebook, The Grief Code framework. And this ebook is going to give you all the information you need to see how you can identify your unresolved and unknown grief. And then what to actually do about how it shows up for you the sort of behavior patterns that will be playing out for you in your life. And, and as I said, what you can actually what steps you can actually take to do something about it. But first, before I do that, I just want to tell you a story. So the story is about how I actually came up with this concept, why I came up with this concept. And like I said, it's going to help you. So when I first decided I needed to make changes in my life, there was a clear motivator around financial wealth, I wanted to take control of my future. But I very quickly realized that that's not the journey I was going on the journey I was going on was actually about my own growth. And that's taken me on a long journey. And it's taken me into an area where I investigated the concept of having a business. Now, when I first went into business, it was because I started learning so many different things, and how I can change and the biggest ones that I wanted to change was the anger that I brought in so many different areas in my life, and how that was to the detriment of so many of my relationships. Then there was also the physical pain that was showing up in so many different areas that was stopping me from living my life to the fullest to have that full freedom. And ultimately, that feeling that I wasn't understood, people didn't understand me that I didn't feel like even sometimes in the places with the closest people to me, didn't feel it didn't really feel like I was fully connected. And that often feeling like an outsider, even amongst some of my closest family and friends. I remember when I went to see who ended up becoming my first mentor went to see his first my first workshop to see him. And I knew a fair way through the day that I that I needed to work with him. And so there was an opportunity to to go to the front of the room as there often is in these events. I did so and he asked me like, What Why do you want to do this. And it was one of those moments. And involuntary sentence came out of my mouth. And I was like, because I'm sick of being mediocre. And I remember like, being a bit standard, that's what the motivator was. But that's how it felt at the time. But what I know now is that what really I was missing was that ability to back myself. I didn't have that self belief to go after what I really wanted. And while I was getting success in a whole lot of different areas. The big stuff, the things that I really wanted, just couldn't back myself. I'd make excuses for myself, I'd blame elsewhere. And ultimately that was keeping me stuck. So I've got these things playing out now where I'm angry at times I don't want to be angry. I'm experiencing physical pain that was restricting me and I can't back myself. So that was leaving me stuck not able to move forward. And what how was showing up was I was feeling inadequate in will in the showed up in pretty much every area of my life. Despite the fact that I had people encouraging me people telling me I was doing well. I was seeing different success

because I had this needing to be better all the time, or whatever else was playing out that lack of self belief, that lack of ability to back myself, then I always felt like I wasn't doing it at an adequate level. And what I learned through business was that I was going on this journey, which, again, learning from a whole lot of different people thinking it was about my business journey. But what I was actually doing was going on a journey of self, it was learning to heal all of the unresolved grief, the unknown grief that I had, sitting in my system that I just couldn't shift, it was impacting every area of my life. Now, the big event that changed all that that actually got me heading in the right direction was the passing of my dad in 2005. Now, it doesn't have to, you don't have to wait for a big event like that to to make change. And actually, I'm here to tell you that every single one of you listening to this has had that moment, you've already had that big moment. So it's how many more big moments are you going to go through before you actually make changes? And if you're thinking, Well, no, my life's been pretty good, there's been nothing really that's happened? Well, look at what's happened in the last three years, the shock to the system, that that's been for everyone having to make all these drastic changes to life. The worry about the future, the uncertainty of what's coming. So whether it's that or you can identify another big moment, a loss of a job, breakup of relationship, business, crashing, whatever it is, you've had that moment, and now it's about heading in the right direction, making the changes you need to change, learning to back yourself at the highest level, so that you can live that life of ultimate freedom, freedom of physical movement, and freedom to choose how you want to live not based on what you think the world needs from you, what other people in your life might expect you to do, but what it is that you truly want to do. So the grid code framework is exactly that. It's a framework, a foundation, and building blocks to help you to do exactly that, to make those changes, and within this framework, I'm going to be passing on everything I've learned myself, to deal with this for my own struggles personally. So I spent a lot of my early years of business learning all these great strategies, and often regurgitating them because I'm thinking, well, they knew best, so I'll regurgitate the same thing. But ultimately, my greatest success has come well, I've taken the learning, and then I've built on it myself. So it's the same intention for this, I'm going to give you the framework, I'm going to show you all the different things that will be playing out for you physically, how they're playing out for you in terms of how you feeling, and the behavior pattern that's showing up, and then steps to be able to move past that to exactly where you want your life to go. Because no matter where you're up to, you don't need to go and learn a whole heap of other stuff. You're at that age, now you've done a heap of learning. You're already an expert in so many different areas. But once you clear the unresolved and unknown grief that's holding you back, you'll be able to go and achieve everything you wanted to achieve. And sure there will be learning that will come along the way. But instead of chasing the next accreditation, the next course, the next skill you need to learn. Do it through a place where you've released all of this where you've rehabbed your entire system, rehabbed physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Because when you do that, you'll soon realize that you've been wasting time, energy, and often money, learning more strategies, which you don't actually need to learn. What you really need in your life now is to do this healing, to rehab your entire system, and then have strategies specifically designed for you to be able to do that. And this framework will do exactly that. I'm gonna drop the link below in the comments.

Click on the link, download it. Love to hear your feedback. There's actually once you download it, there is some information there where I encourage you to take action because it's all about action, right? We all know what it's like to download something for free, have it sitting there, and I'm drawn to something that I've done recently exactly like that. unless I take action on it, it's just more knowledge that's wasted. So take the action, see what you see and start building a whole new strategy for you moving forward so that you can back yourself so that you do feel completely adequate in all of those areas. So people do understand you, and how you operate. And you can live with that complete freedom that you're looking for in your life. Enjoy it, please share feedback, please share it with anyone else that you know, will benefit from having this framework. So that as we all move forward together, we can continue to rehab ourselves, our families, our communities, and bring more of the joy and fulfillment into our life. That is going to make all the difference. Have an awesome day. I'll speak to you all very soon.
