I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it

drove past an old car this week was it was a yellow car. And the front right panel was blue cell replacement panel rather than older car. So rather than them spinning. I imagine for an older car, they haven't got full comprehensive insurance. So rather than spending a heap of money on getting the at all Reese spray, they just went with the replacement panel which would have just slotted in nicely. What are those older cars, I've got heaps of parts of the Wreckers just waiting to be clipped in place. And what struck me is it's a lot like what griefs like we can't afford to get things done properly, and you just find for the best solutions, and they work. And you if you don't care what things look like. And if you don't care how you get from A to B, then they're 100% Fine.

If you do care, though, how things look on your journey for the cars a lot like life if we have dreams about driving, it's like who's driving your life if somebody else's driving and the question in your dream is well, who was driving and how are they driving your life. So it's a great metaphor for the rest of your life. If you're driving a car, if your journey, your life journey doesn't feel so good. It's a rough ride might look a bit patchy, maybe you got big scratches down the side. Maybe it's car you don't wanna be driving.

So in other words, if there's parts of your body work that you don't like, if you've got some things that are scratching away you that niggling at you, that need attention. If your body is not gonna be rust, maybe I'm feeling strong, looking how you want it to look. Somebody needs attention. And like I said, If you're happy with things that way, and it's not a concern, it's not having a detrimental impact your life then this message is probably not for you. For me, there are times where I give a shit what I look like I'm happy to just to slum around in my own boots and my trackpads. But there are other different times where now I do care what I look like and I want to be presentable and I I've had to do a fair bit of work to get my weight, where I want it to be consistently not going on the up and down nature of things, to feel strong. To feel like I do look like a high performance vehicle, because I am one. So there is part of my job where appearance is absolutely important. But what's more important to me is how that feels for me. So there are times where I don't put in the best fuel into my engine. And I get the results from that. But most of the time, I'm treating my body like a Ferrari and I'm putting it in the best possible fuel I can find. Because I have the most energy the top perform the best and that's how I stopped from breaking down. So if you were a car, how are you treating yourself? Are you cleaning yourself regularly, inside and out? are you presenting in a way that you would be happy to present? Is the drive thru your life are smooth? Is someone else driving your car? Or are you in control?

Are you finding that you're able to stay in control on the road? Or do you find that there are times where it feels like you're skidding out of control or at worst? The handling in the cars not quite as you want it to be

all of those indications are an indication that something needs attention

so do a full scan of your whole car, the whole person physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, what needs a touch up what needs a respray what needs a clean

and see what you find. And don't get overwhelmed. Which is can be a natural tendency instead, rather than now. Start with one, take the first step. You can get it all done at once. So where do you start, you start with the one that you feel most cool. That's most important. That's having the most negative impact. Now that side panel might not be the one that's having the most impact. It might be somebody with the engine of house running with how you feeling. If that's the case, start there. Because they point out a car that looks amazing, they can't drive. They can't do the things it needs to do.
