I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

Never in the course of human history, has information been more readily available. And never in human history has there been such a overwhelm of information that you receive, pointing in so many different directions? One of the processes on the other side of grief, when you start to, to meet, make peace with your past start to peel back those layers is that you start to realize a lot of the things you learned about life, about yourself about the people you know and in the greater world is simply not true. From the moment when you realize something your parents told you when you were young to get you to behave a certain way through two things that you learn about everyday life. That just make you question everything. It's an important part of the process. Because when you change beliefs, you have to have that awareness that what you once thought to be true is not as you go on, you realize that what you think is true can change, sometimes on the hour, when new information gets presented to you. Because the reality is, is there's so much that you don't know. There's so much information but you've only ever experienced a small piece of it. Now, a lot of what I see out there at the moment is people finding out this new information about the greater world government's big business, the sort of corruption that goes on. We've always learned that that phrase, if you want to know where where things are happening that aren't quite right, you just follow the money trail. And that's that's not changed. But it's a distraction. It's a distraction from you walking the path that you're meant to walk through. I see it every day, particularly on social media. People trying to convince everyone else of this learning that they've experienced anything from something that's worked for them that's been really positive. And I'll do that too. Often they do it from a perspective of this is the right way it has to be the right way. And again, I experienced that when people come onto my posts and want to tell me what I've said is wrong. And I just question that slight was not wrong with my experiences is exactly how things play out. So it's really interesting just watching people but then there's also these people that I've learned about what a lot of people call conspiracies. The reality is, is it's they've learned new information may or may not be true. But they convinced it is because it makes so much sense. And they is like a dog with a bone right? They just they're relentless, and they will not quit and they try to throw it everyone down everyone else's throats. But the distraction it's keeping them away from more purposeful activities in their life. Like don't get me wrong. I've been down the rabbit holes I've been and looked at a million different things or different conspiracies and and trues that make you question your existence. Ultimately though, it'd be can become a new A loop that keeps you stuck, and you distraction. So sure, have a look and see what else is out there. It's important to stare down whatever emotion that may bring you. And often that's a fear. What if this new information I've seen is actually true? What does that mean for my life? What if I got a whole lot of stuff wrong. And that price is important because you need to address whatever the fear is, as long as you address it. But if it becomes a new addiction, a new pattern, a new loop, it will be a distraction. Another avoidance tactic, another form of procrastination, that takes you away from doing your best work that takes you away from purpose that takes you away from making a difference in this world. Because I know every one of you who is on this podcast is someone that loves to make a difference. Love to help people get so much fulfillment out of helping people. The best way to make a difference is through sharing your experience of what you've learned through your own struggles. Not by sharing some information that's come to you. Not by trying to force it down people's throats. If it's not related to you directly to your challenges and struggles. It's not purpose when it's that it's a distraction. So take the time to get really clear on what is that thing? What is that thing that I never want anyone else to experience? I experienced it. It was awful. I've learned what I need to learn from that have come out the other side. And I never want anyone else to experience that. Because if you focus your energy there, then you will get so much positive fulfillment, energy and joy from your life. Following the distractions will give you angst, frustration, you'll end up in fights with people who want to challenge you on what you're saying. And like I was listening to the interview that I had on, maybe last week on the podcast, with Peter border, one that I had recorded a couple of years ago. He was saying, instead of trying to find out whether your beliefs are 100% true all the time, and then trying to tell everyone about your truth. Find what actually is going to make your life more enjoyable. He said, Because if I get to the end of my life, and everything that I've learned, is 100% Wrong. But I've had an awesome life with wonderful connections with his wife with his children, and had the most amazing life, then he will be wrong every day of the week. And I love that he may as well enjoy your life to the fullest. Because that's what people will remember. That's what people will be drawn to. And they want that in their life. And that ripple effect of positivity. whether you're right or wrong, will have far bigger positive impact than you trying to shove this information down their throat.

This is the path of growth. This is the path of contribution. This is the path of finding purpose, fulfillment, Joy. I know which choice I'm making.
