I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

You might have heard the concept that people who are quick to protest against something personal can often be because of that's the very thing that they're struggling with. So the people that are quick to criticize and judge other people in a certain space, it's usually because they're one of the biggest offenders in that space. So if you think about you, and your ability to trust your intuition, not only is that create an inability for you to trust that gut feel that part of you that knows at a higher level beyond your your thinking and your logic. But you then project that out. And that same lack of trust of self trust, you then find in other people as well. You're protesting about other people's lack of trust from a unconscious level, if that makes sense. So you're not just creating a mistrust of self, but you're navigating your life with an inherent distrust of what people are presenting of, of what they're saying of when they might bring their intuitive thoughts or ideas to you. And then sometimes even when they bring in quite simple logic to you, because you are getting a reflection back of that own lack of trust. So you might find yourself not trusting people in a whole lot of different areas. They think about the implications of that in your relationships, your close relationships, your personal relationship, your intimate relationship. If you all have a inherent mistrust, then that's going to come out in how you approach everything and your energy in your reactions. Your language. And that's going to impact that person. And that's going to be the detriment of the relationship, it's going to have a negative impact on all your interactions, maybe not massively. But it's one of those ones that over time will start to erode some of those really important parts of relationships. Because if there's an inherent mistrust, then there's a reluctance to open up there's a reluctance to maybe act on certain advice, that's actually quite good advice. That might be what you needed to hear. That might stop you from having a really close connection with someone that you care deeply about, because of this mistrust. And it might show up in looking at their behaviors and constantly worrying what their intentions are, what are their real intentions can be a lonely world when you're like that. But the good news, the good news is you can actually take back control of that not by trying to solve the riddle of whether people are being trustworthy or not. But come back to a place of trusting your own self, your own intuition, your own gut, feel your own instincts around things. Because when you can do that, life becomes so much easier. decision making becomes so much easier to have to waste time. With that in decisiveness stops procrastination. You're certainly what you should be doing. And you can trust yourself. That whatever you tackle, you're going to be able to do it at a level that isn't that is what it needs to be. You think about that idea of if you're not trusting yourself how often that would show up in your own life and your own projects and pursuits. impact your performance every day. impact your progress. to impact your ability to be confident, to move forward to prioritize you. And like I said that it comes with that feeling of isolation. Because if you're using a lot of energy, like trying to work out whether people are trustworthy or not, it's going to be exhausting. The overthinking starts, the self doubt increases. And so it goes on, and the pressure mounts to how do you start trusting your intuition and starting to recognize where in the past, you knew you should have acted a certain way you knew you should have taken an opportunity, because you got was telling you to, but then your logic mind took over? You had said yes. And you had convinced you wasn't the right call? God said, Absolutely. He should be doing this. And then you didn't. And then you look back and you went, why didn't I trust my gut on that. And then that every time you haven't, again, that doubt comes through. So it's as luck with all the things that I've talked about on here about rewiring, it's about doing the rewire rewiring process, changing your language, changing the story and creating a new future story around your trust. What happens when you do trust your instincts, and you get the results that you want? It makes it so much easier? Now, I will also say this is that sometimes within instincts and intuition and that gut feel it's not always taking us directly to the solution that we think because sometimes we have to be navigated around certain situations. So there have been times where we've trusted our gun, and it hasn't ended up exactly how we thought it would. And therein lies the problem. We try to create this one scenario, how it's going to play out. And when that doesn't play out there, we think our instincts are wrong. The reality is, is that your instincts were right. But you were trying to control the outcome instead of just acting. Knowing that it will hit you in the right direction. Just maybe not not not even maybe it definitely or very, very, very rarely is exactly how you thought it would play out. And actually probably never, there's always a variety or something that happens that is different to how you think it's going to be. So start dabbling in starting to trust your intuition again, by acting on moments when they show up on on maybe some opportunities or situations which are low risk. See what happens when you follow your instincts. When you trust your instincts and what results you start getting. Write them down, review them, track your progress. And as you build confidence in this area, you'll watch and you'll feel just how much better life can be when you rebuild that trust and how that's going to impact not just you but those relationships as well.
