Ok mamas, we need to talk seriously about your happiness.  If you are like me, becoming a mom kicked my a$$ and it took me years to recover from the massive changes I experienced. Changes in my body, my marriage, how I worked and what I wanted in my life.  And here I was thinking I was just inviting a new human into our lives. ;)

I felt buried under the expectations of motherhood and I know I’m not alone.  My brilliant guest knows all about this!  Sarah Olin, the Founder and CEO of LUMO, is on a mission to support women in their pursuit and creation of great lives! Whoa!  THAT’S a mission I can get behind!

Sarah shares her wisdom with humour on:

Our biggest obstacles that hold us back

Why moms are unhappy and don’t know why

The G word - Guilt

Expectation - how dangerous they can be and how they can rob you of your happiness.
