Join Jen and Jane with guest Laura Craddock as they dive into how food and nutrition play an important role in supporting your nervous system. Laura shares how using a combination of somatic bodywork, nutrition, and herbs support her and her clients on an ongoing basis.

Treating your body holistically, using a range of techniques that support all its systems is one of the most effective ways to manage your nervous system and trauma response.

Laura Craddock is an Intuitive and Full Spectrum Coach.  She is passionate about helping people tap into their own inherent wisdom, heal and live a life filled with purpose and energy.  She holds sacred space for sensitive souls, intuitive and healers and is on a mission to continue raising awareness on the healing of trauma and helping the world become a more trauma informed place.
