Follow The Energy for Maximum Success

Follow The Energy for Maximum Success

Do you ‘follow the energy’ in your life, or resist it? In this episode, we talk about making life easier by letting go of the ‘shoulds’ and learning how to follow the energy - both your own and the energy of a situation. Covering everything from parenting creatively in the moment to breaking down ‘hustle culture’ messaging in order to find and honour your own groove.

At the end of the episode, we cover some tools and ways to learn how to follow your energy more authentically.

  1. Noticing how things show up in your body and your life.
  2. Deconditioning and peeling back the layers of what you’ve noticed, then changing the behaviour/habit.
  3. Allowing new ways of being into your life - curiosity vs. judgment.
