Feel calm anywhere anytime tools

Meditation to empower your mind so you can glimpse a brighter perspective

With all the pandemic talk many of us are weary. We have questions surrounding tomorrow, when will life return to even a new kind of normal? And work, finance, family dynamics have maybe changed, and just maybe, we have changed too.

Many are re-evaluating what they want in their personal and professional lives. Others may actually feel paralyzed, having difficulty thriving.

So, there are both ends of the spectrum, people excited for new opportunities and others just worried about food on the table.

Some of the fantastic verses challenge is happening within the four walls that surround us. Depression, suicide and domestic violence is on the rise. Where others are loving the hallway commute and more times with their kids. What to do and were can I help?

Knowing that our minds dislike and struggle with three things, is a good beginning. What are they? Change, uncertainty and the unknown.

If you are feeling uncertain today, then micro changes help to bring calm. Think of ten things that are certain right now. A rug at the door that has a lock. Maybe a car parked in the driveway, the color of your walls. Might sound funny, but identifying things that are certain begin the swing the tide inside the mind. 
Next, move onto change, simply look around and identify what hasn't changed. List ten things right now. Then move onto the unknown. I don't have to tell you because you already know, list ten things that you know! Sounds simple but it works and writing these items down even makes our mind brighter.

Micro wins matter, remember that small hinges swing big doors. Whenever you notice dis-ease rise up in your consciousness, let that inner bell ring and set about finding your micro wins.

Visualizations are also powerful and in today's episode I have included a meditation. Remember to never listen to a mediation or visualization while operating a moving vehicle.
