Complete with anecdotes and examples and perhaps a laugh or two. We're going to tackle the fears that might be holding you back the steps you need to take the turn to success to create your dreams into reality. And to list out the essential ingredients that will help you conquer the business world like a true Maverick. So let's get started.

Paul Finck:

This is where we begin. You've got to got to, got to, got to face your fears. Yes, that's right. We're going to kick start with that big bad F word fear. You knew it was coming. It's fear of success, fear of failure, fear of public speaking. Fear of your mother in law, there's a whole lot of fears going on. But seriously, the the list goes on these fears can paralyze you. Even the most ambitious entrepreneur making it nearly impossible to move forward and impossible to achieve your goals. To conquer your fear. You need to grab it by the horns develop a what we call a growth mindset and learn from your mistakes. Remember, failure is just a rehearsal for success, a stepping stone on your path to greatness. And hence well if that doesn't work, we can always go for therapy later. However, right now, you've got to face your fears. What fear isn't the only thing holding you back? What if you're stuck in the land of inaction unable to make a move for take the crucial first step. It's time to break those goals down into bite sized pieces. Like delicious pizza. Focus on the most critical tasks. The most critical tasks first prioritize your to do list and remember Rome wasn't built in a day. It all takes time. Everything I have developed over time. And here's the next piece of it the success formula, the magic formula that puts it all together. Now you've stared down fear and yes, whether you've done it or not. We'll come back to that another time. Now it's time to get into the game. Take action and pay attention to these essential ingredients for entrepreneurial success. The secret sauce if you will, turning your business dreams into a thriving profitable reality.

Paul Finck:

Number one is clarity of vision Vision. There's five of these by the way, you want to drive without a destination in mind with you. Knowing where you're going is paramount to getting there. You must create your goals. However, in the maverick community we refer to these as principal targets. Most people might guide you after you have your principal targets to create smart principal targets or smart goals. That stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and time bound. However, in the maverick community, we do it a little bit different. So we do not focus on you being so smart matter of fact, we want to be effective instead. So we want to create dongles, Destiny driven, unrealistic, measurable, and binding. A clear principle target will provide you with direction, focus, motivation, and it's going to help you to stay on track, and make decisions that align with your vision and future pacing, if you will. An excellent example of a visionary entrepreneur, Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX. He has a clear vision and he's created a sustainable model with that of talking about renewable energy and space exploration and his vision drove to create innovative products, aiming to change the world, the electric cars, the solar panels, the battery storage systems. And he's created a whole new matrix for those industries, disrupting them, if you will. With all of that it had to do with his vision that drove the creation of everything that is Tesla now.

Paul Finck:

Number two, that you need to create magic kids that excellent time management. Time is like money, you can't afford to waste it. Juggling the myriad of responsibilities an entrepreneur requires. To create massive real time management skills, you must set priorities you must plan you must delegate avoid distractions like a ninja. Steve Jobs was a great example of that. masterful at time management. He was laser focused attention to detail and had the ability to make quick swift decisions. He believed in the power of simplicity and use that vision and his time management to create products and a company that was elegant and easy to use, easy to work with. To achieve excellent time management entrepreneurs need to set boundaries, eliminate false concepts of multitasking, and automate repetitive tasks. They can also use tools like calendars and to do lists, time tracking software to stay focused and on task focused, if you will.

Paul Finck:

Number three, you've got to develop a targeted clear branding message. You know that catchy jingle, you can't get out of your head. That's the power of clear branding messaging. Craft a unique value proposition that resonates with your target audience and watch your business go through the roof. Nike is a great example of that and their company logo clear branding message of just do it. It's become synonymous with the company's whole ethos and of excellence and achievement. Nikes branding message has helped it become a global leader in the athletic football air in apparel industry. To create a targeted clear branding message. Entrepreneurs should understand their target audience. Develop a unique value proposition use compelling visuals, storytelling to convey their message. They should also pay attention to their brand's reputation, make changes as they need to to stay relevant. All these to create that messaging, great brand messaging.

Paul Finck:

Number four of the essential ingredients to success is systems and support. No entrepreneur is an island, you must build systems and support networks that fuel growth. streamline your operations enable you to scale like a champ. Sustainable Business is what it's all about. McDonald's has an excellent example of a company that has systems and support and created a consistent growth. It's how they built everything standardized processes quality control measures, supply chain management systems. It's enabled McDonald's to expand them more than 13,000 locations over 100 different countries. McDonald's provides its franchise and in franchisees with training and marketing support, operational assistance to help them succeed. All these things create the matrix of great systems and support which is supported their brand. So to establish this for yourself, develop those standard operating procedures SOPs for your business, automate repetitive tasks, and use technology to streamline all your operations. also build a network of mentors and advisors and partners who can provide guidance and feedback and opportunities so that you can instantly fine tune your systems and processes.

Paul Finck:

Number five is superb work ethic. You must stay pace with the entrepreneurship a strong work ethic is crucial to make that happen. standing out from the competition and achieving your goals. Success doesn't come to those who sit idly by waiting for opportunities to fall in your lap is foolhardy. Embrace relentless work ethic consistently put in the effort and watch your dreams transform in the reality. A shining example of an entrepreneur was to per work ethic is Jeff Bezos, the founder and former CEO of Amazon. Bezos is renowned for his tireless dedication to growing his business from small online bookstore into the mega giant it is today. His commitment to innovation, focus, focus on customer experience, if you will. And the mantra it's always day one exemplifies his relentless pursuit of work ethic and work environment. Develop superior work ethic for yourself, you need to establish a strong daily routine that's right every day, set high standards for yourself and others, and maintain healthy work life balance to create all of this. Prioritize continuous learning and improvement stay focused on your principal targets. And be prepared to make sacrifices along the way. Because it is not a straight easy road.

Paul Finck:

With the addition of superb work ethic, let's revisit some of the other components, a clarity of vision, excellence, time management, targeted clear branding, Message Systems and support and where we started superb work ethic.
