Rachael Todd has made a full-time career in the Health and Wellness industry. She is the owner of RKT Consulting which focuses on educating woman with one on one coaching, group coaching, and corporate workshops. She helps women rediscover their true well-being & nurture their whole-being.

Rachael is a Florida native and attended the University of Central Florida. After attaining her BA in Interpersonal Communications and undergraduate in Law, she then began post graduate studies.  This included attending the Kripalu Institute for Health and Wellness to become a registered yoga teacher, attaining her certificate in Positive psychology taught by Harvard lecturer Tal Ben-Shahar.  Rachael then went on to graduate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with her Nutrition and Health Coaching License. 

Rachael Todd is Miss United States 2017 and her platform is ‘Hunger in America- Changing the Way America Eats’ addressing the overfed and undernourished epidemic that has now lead into a health crisis in our country. Her mission is to inform young people about the ways in which the food industry is targeting them and how to combat it with knowledge and education; to make them aware of the importance of overall good health and whole food nutrition. Specifically, the eating habits of children, the imminent threat of childhood obesity and type 2 diabetes, and the resulting long-term health issues threatening our nation’s wellbeing.   

Rachael has volunteered with many organizations including HOPEHelps.org, Boys and Girls Club, Jefferson Street Bridge Project, Children’s Miracle Network, Community Partnership for the Homeless, Hurricane Disaster Relief Team, and others.  She served on the Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Committee, The Florida Peer Network and received many awards for her work including Outstanding dedication to the Children of Florida, Outstanding Service to the Homeless and for her passion and service to those in need.  She has spoken at many events throughout the U.S. regarding wellbeing and health and has been featured on many TV shows, radio, magazines and on social media, most recently Rachael was a featured guest on CBS The Doctors.  It is the unique combination of Rachael's life story, accomplishments, and education that has made her a driving force in her field.
