Saylor Cooper:

Hello everybody welcome to another episode of

Saylor Cooper:

Hope Without Sight with your host Saylor Cooper

Tyler Evans:

lerand this Tyler Evans.

Saylor Cooper:

Yeah, we're episode 46 Now on today at pod

Saylor Cooper:

Palooza, we've been having a good time. I know everybody's

Saylor Cooper:

had a good time. So I'm gonna say episode we have a business

Saylor Cooper:

entrepreneur, a billionaire. And her name is Jessica Carter. She

Saylor Cooper:

is the peaceful billionaire. She's a top 1% Nueroscience

Saylor Cooper:

expert in the leading wealth creation mentor for

Saylor Cooper:

entrepreneurs, professionals, and the go to for many of the

Saylor Cooper:

biggest names in the conscious business industry. She has a

Saylor Cooper:

passion claim and mentor, author, international speaker

Saylor Cooper:

who has learned from who has learned and share the stage with

Saylor Cooper:

sharing like to Les Brown, and many others. Please welcome

Saylor Cooper:

Jessica Carter. Jessa. How're you doing today?

Jessa Carter:

I'm doing great Saylor. How are you? Oh, thank

Jessa Carter:

you

Saylor Cooper:

doing wonderful. My co host Tyler's here. Yeah,

Saylor Cooper:

we will host of a help without site podcast. So tell me. We're

Saylor Cooper:

entrepreneurs. And we're just getting started when the startup

Saylor Cooper:

phase. And boy boy, boy, boy, it's not easy. So first of all,

Saylor Cooper:

I want to start off. How did you get to where you are? And what a

Saylor Cooper:

vise would you have us?

Jessa Carter:

Well, I first of all, I I'm just going to dive

Jessa Carter:

into so many things, because, but I love the name of your

Jessa Carter:

podcast, hope without sight. And I don't know if you use this

Jessa Carter:

yet. But if you don't you're welcome to adopt this. And it's

Jessa Carter:

an hope, as an acronym, means help one person every day.

Saylor Cooper:

Thank you help one person every day? Oh,

Saylor Cooper:

because that's a good one. Because we're making a big

Saylor Cooper:

impact for sure.

Jessa Carter:

Yes, so you are already helping one person or

Jessa Carter:

more every single day. But so, so yes, so help one person or

Jessa Carter:

more every day is hope. And you know, I, I do agree with you. So

Jessa Carter:

being an entrepreneur is what's really cool, but also really

Jessa Carter:

challenging about being an entrepreneur is being an

Jessa Carter:

entrepreneur will bring up all of your issues to the surface.

Jessa Carter:

And and have you face all of your, you know, your fears and

Jessa Carter:

kind of force you to put your skeletons get your skeletons out

Jessa Carter:

of the closet, put them out on the front yard and shine some

Jessa Carter:

light on him?

Saylor Cooper:

For sure, yes. And what do you mean by bringing

Saylor Cooper:

my all my ish to the surface? All my that stuff? quirks are

Saylor Cooper:

just fears. What do you mean by that?

Jessa Carter:

He mostly mostly the fears, you know, like being

Jessa Carter:

an entrepreneur, and especially when you're seeking greater

Jessa Carter:

levels of wealth or greater levels of success? You know,

Jessa Carter:

just brings all of those fears and those limitations perceived

Jessa Carter:

perceived limitations up and makes them feel very real.

Saylor Cooper:

For sure. Yes, yes, it makes sense. Because

Saylor Cooper:

I've really never felt the reality of stuff. Because I've

Saylor Cooper:

had, I thankfully have a lot of support from various people

Saylor Cooper:

who've helped me because I officially embarked on this

Saylor Cooper:

round a year ago. But then it's not easy, but let me tell you,

Saylor Cooper:

I'm never gonna give up as long as I continued to get the

Saylor Cooper:

support that I get.

Jessa Carter:

Well is, is that's that's one of the ways that you

Jessa Carter:

guarantee your success is never giving up. Because there, there

Jessa Carter:

are only two true ways to fail. One is to never start, you've

Jessa Carter:

already started. The other way to fail is to quit. And so as

Jessa Carter:

long as you keep going, the only possible outcome is success. So

Jessa Carter:

one of the things that I say is if you're willing to continue to

Jessa Carter:

fail forward, the only possible outcome is success. So that's

Jessa Carter:

what I've been doing for years is just consistently failing

Jessa Carter:

forward.

Saylor Cooper:

For sure, for sure. Yeah. And so yeah, when we

Saylor Cooper:

keep failing forward, because one day you'll get and I got the

Saylor Cooper:

one of the best pieces of advice from one of my wonderful aunts

Saylor Cooper:

and uncles, he said, If I fail at one business venture, it

Saylor Cooper:

doesn't mean I'll succeed in the next one. It doesn't mean I've

Saylor Cooper:

found the next one I'll succeed at one point

Jessa Carter:

Absolutely, absolutely.

Saylor Cooper:

So, I want to ask you, you became, I'm sure

Saylor Cooper:

they'll cost you a billion now Now if it's what you claim you

Saylor Cooper:

are, but was there a time?

Jessa Carter:

So I'm not a bit I am the peaceful billionaire and

Jessa Carter:

I am not a billionaire by net wealth as of yet. But I am a

Jessa Carter:

millionaire. And I am on my way to billions because I have a

Jessa Carter:

clear path and clear vision. And I have, it's all built out.

Saylor Cooper:

I'm the main head honcho here Tyler was like

Saylor Cooper:

alongside me, but I'm getting into speaking podcasting. I'm a

Saylor Cooper:

radio host. And I'm an author, and I'll put my info in the chat

Saylor Cooper:

right now. I'm, I'm sure you heard of Frank King, the mental

Saylor Cooper:

health comedian, right, working with him until we die trying

Saylor Cooper:

getting paid speaking gigs. And I just published a book here was

Saylor Cooper:

the chat. Awesome. Congratulations. Thanks. Yes,

Saylor Cooper:

it's about how to navigate life's challenges. So yeah, put

Saylor Cooper:

that in the chat. And so you have a podcast through a speaker

Saylor Cooper:

coach. What do you do? Exactly?

Jessa Carter:

I'm an author, a speaker and a coach a mentor.

Jessa Carter:

Yes. So I speak on person virtual and in person stages all

Jessa Carter:

over the world. And I my first book is the peaceful Millionaire

Jessa Carter:

Mind money and soul wisdom. My second book will be coming out

Jessa Carter:

this year the peaceful multimillionaire and my next

Jessa Carter:

book is the peaceful billionaire.

Saylor Cooper:

Wow. And yeah, I hope to get paid speaking gigs

Saylor Cooper:

as well. Now I want to backtrack a little more. Were there ever

Saylor Cooper:

times where you were just in the complete dump? Just so low that

Saylor Cooper:

you couldn't you've thought to yourself I can't do it anymore?

Saylor Cooper:

I have no choice but to quit

Jessa Carter:

there there have been many moments that that have

Jessa Carter:

felt that way. And you know what's interesting is is with me

Jessa Carter:

you're really living your passion and your purpose and

Jessa Carter:

your calling. There is a there is a there is a fire of flame

Jessa Carter:

and Ember within you that doesn't let you quit no matter

Jessa Carter:

how dark it gets.

Saylor Cooper:

Exactly. Then and I've never been know yet draw

Saylor Cooper:

wanting to quit have a bit of a long here. No. Yes. Like being

Saylor Cooper:

overwhelming. being tossed around not sure which direction

Saylor Cooper:

to turn him back. I feel like I'm getting there. I'm never

Saylor Cooper:

gonna quit. And yeah, well, you have to save up that Tyler. Oh,

Saylor Cooper:

yeah. Same here. Because

Tyler Evans:

I went to college. There were times where I didn't

Tyler Evans:

think I would be able to get a degree but I ended up getting

Tyler Evans:

two degrees. Associate's and bachelor's?

Saylor Cooper:

That's right. Yeah. And but yeah, I'm going to

Saylor Cooper:

speaking engagements, I really enjoy pod Palooza, I hope to

Saylor Cooper:

onboard more more followers, I'm trying to do that as well. But

Saylor Cooper:

with that, I want to share something with you. I'll put

Saylor Cooper:

that in the chat. Please, if you can get this to your listeners,

Saylor Cooper:

that'd be great. If they text bliss too: 832 832 481 6806.

Saylor Cooper:

Again, it's 832 481 6806 text bliss to that number to get on

Saylor Cooper:

the right track and live a blissful life because bliss is a

Saylor Cooper:

must word, I use my vocabulary. I just like the sound of a word

Saylor Cooper:

a lot. You know,

Jessa Carter:

I love I love bliss because you know, their

Jessa Carter:

bliss and joy are our higher frequency emotions that

Jessa Carter:

supersede happiness. Most people's goal is to just be

Jessa Carter:

happy that you and I remember the first time that that I

Jessa Carter:

really really experienced bliss and joy in my life as an adult.

Jessa Carter:

And, and that that feeling of joy and bliss is it's it's it's

Jessa Carter:

similar to a drug because once you once you have it, you'll do

Jessa Carter:

anything to keep it.

Saylor Cooper:

Exactly. Exactly. And so who is showing lactose

Saylor Cooper:

Les Brown and one of those people you've shared the stages

Saylor Cooper:

with, where have you gone to speak nationally?

Jessa Carter:

So I spoke On the thinking grow rich legacy tour

Jessa Carter:

with Sharon Lechter, Sharon lectors. She co wrote some books

Jessa Carter:

with Robert Kiyosaki. You know, they're both big in the

Jessa Carter:

financial personal development space, which is also my my space

Jessa Carter:

and in the personal development space. You know, mind Money

Jessa Carter:

Mastery. So I lead a revolution of freedom. It is my mission and

Jessa Carter:

my purpose in life to make financial freedom the norm, and

Jessa Carter:

to help a billion people become financially free.

Saylor Cooper:

Because that's what we want to do is we want to

Saylor Cooper:

become financially free. And with this, you know, we're still

Saylor Cooper:

in the startup phases or business. I mean, trial and

Saylor Cooper:

error is normal. I can't thank Michelle more for being like my

Saylor Cooper:

right hand person for helping me because we're putting what's

Saylor Cooper:

called a blissful life community together. At first, we were

Saylor Cooper:

going to do what's called a blissful life mastermind. But we

Saylor Cooper:

decided to rebrand it because we weren't getting many like

Saylor Cooper:

follows. And Silva community is we're creating a community where

Saylor Cooper:

people come together, who had challenges in life, and we're

Saylor Cooper:

not gonna teach anything, but we have a level of anything, we're

Saylor Cooper:

gonna facilitate meetings on Zoom, where we can talk about

Saylor Cooper:

and suggest for one another how we can live like blissfully. And

Saylor Cooper:

so what advice would you give to move forward?

Jessa Carter:

Well, I know one of the things that you talk

Jessa Carter:

about is, you know, it is overcoming challenges or

Jessa Carter:

obstacles, to live a blissful life. And so I would like to

Jessa Carter:

offer a perspective shift. Because of my my background and

Jessa Carter:

my expertise in neuroscience and with the mind, what happens is

Jessa Carter:

this. So the invitation is to shift your perspective, from

Jessa Carter:

obstacle equals obstacle to obstacle equals opportunity.

Jessa Carter:

Because what happens is, in your mind, if your mind, if your

Jessa Carter:

definition of obstacle is obstacle equals opps obstacle,

Jessa Carter:

your subconscious mind throws up a giant red stop sign, and it

Jessa Carter:

acts accordingly. So you so that obstacle feels very real and

Jessa Carter:

big, like a boulder, and it's and it's keeping you stuck. But

Jessa Carter:

if you change your perspective to obstacle equals opportunity,

Jessa Carter:

what happens is, then your subconscious mind starts

Jessa Carter:

searching for the opportunity, and it will keep searching for

Jessa Carter:

the opportunity until it finds it.

Saylor Cooper:

I get what you're saying our subconscious mind

Saylor Cooper:

will kind of protect us to not move forward, and we should not

Saylor Cooper:

allow it to do that.

Jessa Carter:

No, your subconscious mind will take over

Jessa Carter:

and help you. God help me Yeah, it will help you. So if you if

Jessa Carter:

you if you think that obstacle, if you think of an obstacle or a

Jessa Carter:

perceived obstacle is just really an opportunity, then your

Jessa Carter:

mind will find the opportunity.

Saylor Cooper:

And at the end, I'm taller than I believe our

Saylor Cooper:

minds have done that, right. Absolutely. Yeah, for sure.

Saylor Cooper:

Yeah. Well, yeah. Thanks so much for that advice, because I know

Saylor Cooper:

as long as we never quit, we will get there. Yeah, so um, so

Saylor Cooper:

what are your future goals? You said you want to become a

Saylor Cooper:

billionaire, right?

Jessa Carter:

Absolutely. That's the mission. And more

Jessa Carter:

importantly, is to help a billion people become

Jessa Carter:

financially free. And

Saylor Cooper:

that's a maybe you can help us hopefully, you

Saylor Cooper:

can help us because also all that stuff, I put in the chat,

Saylor Cooper:

my contact information is there to exchange contacts with me and

Saylor Cooper:

my business card is out. So if you could do that, that'd be

Saylor Cooper:

great. And like, you said, thinking Grow Rich. You've heard

Saylor Cooper:

of Napoleon Hill, right?

Jessa Carter:

Oh, yes. One of my one of my biggest, one of my

Jessa Carter:

biggest inspirations I was, you know, I was actually born in a

Jessa Carter:

town only 30 minutes from where Napoleon Hill was born. And, and

Jessa Carter:

I have the pleasure and the honour of visiting the Napoleon

Jessa Carter:

Hill Foundation last year, and I got to sit at Napoleon Hills

Jessa Carter:

desk with a copy of my book in my hand.

Saylor Cooper:

Because I heard if you don't follow all those

Saylor Cooper:

steps written in this formula, I won't get rich. Is that true?

Jessa Carter:

Well, it's a very good formula to follow. So I, I

Jessa Carter:

can highly suggest following them.

Saylor Cooper:

Yeah. It's been a while since I've read it. So. I

Saylor Cooper:

mean,

Jessa Carter:

there's more, there's more than one way to get

Jessa Carter:

from point A to point B. But it's but I do think I do believe

Jessa Carter:

that. Thinking Grow Rich is known as the Bible of the

Jessa Carter:

personal professional development industry for a

Jessa Carter:

reason.

Saylor Cooper:

It sure is. Yeah, yeah. Well, awesome. Well, I'm

Saylor Cooper:

If we have nothing else what advice would you give to anybody

Saylor Cooper:

who's struggling in life and doesn't know where to turn?

Jessa Carter:

If you're struggling and you don't know

Jessa Carter:

where to turn, you're not alone. Find find community, truly,

Jessa Carter:

truly find community. You're never alone in this world.

Jessa Carter:

There's always you know, if you any if you go out and you speak

Jessa Carter:

to someone, you'll always find that every single person on this

Jessa Carter:

planet you'd have something in common with. But find a

Jessa Carter:

community of like minded people. And don't be alone. You don't

Jessa Carter:

have to you don't have to do anything in this life alone.

Saylor Cooper:

Amen, cuz I'm trying to get connected with a

Saylor Cooper:

good community. I'm going on a podcasters cruise in November,

Saylor Cooper:

which is gonna be fun, too. So it's gonna be great. Awesome.

Saylor Cooper:

Well, Jess Jessa, thanks so much for being on help without sight.

Jessa Carter:

And you for having me Saylor.

Saylor Cooper:

One final statement I want to make is

Saylor Cooper:

speaking a word of hope. The only statement I don't like as I

Saylor Cooper:

hope so. Because it's not as a showing, you know, I have a

Saylor Cooper:

making sense. I hope so is not as a showing. It's more like

Saylor Cooper:

doubtful, you know?

Unknown:

Yes. It's not it's not the most powerful language. It's

Unknown:

correct. People need people need to have hope. But when you when

Unknown:

you speak of your dreams, your goals and desires. You want to

Unknown:

speak of them more more firmly?

Saylor Cooper:

Yeah. So I'm fine. So we've considerably

Saylor Cooper:

naming this podcast. I don't know if we should or not,

Saylor Cooper:

probably not. Because the acronym you gave, right?

Unknown:

Yeah. Well, you know, it's a great acronym, you know,

Unknown:

to help one person every day and you know, the thing is, is I

Unknown:

think a lot of people need hope, and for a lot of people hope is

Unknown:

the starting place. Yeah. You know, so if you can at least

Unknown:

give someone hope then then they can go to that next level, where

Unknown:

you're using language that is that is more supportive, and

Unknown:

even more powerful. Exactly, but you gotta at least have you

Unknown:

gotta at least have some some hope to even to even start down

Unknown:

a new path or a new journey. I believe you

Saylor Cooper:

got it. Just don't use that as language all

Saylor Cooper:

the time. It's a good first start. Yeah. Well, Jessa, thanks

Saylor Cooper:

so much for being on the episode today. Enjoy the rest of your

Saylor Cooper:

day at padapalooza.

Jessa Carter:

You too Saylor. Thank you,

Saylor Cooper:

everybody. Give it up for just a call on episode

Saylor Cooper:

46 of help without site. Stay blessed everyone.
