Slowing Down From The HUSTLE

Slowing Down From The HUSTLE

At what point do we recognize we need to slow down from the hustle?

Dina, Maggie, and Marla share what the “Hustle” and slowing down from it means for their healing. We have moments or events in our life that cause us to notice it’s time to step down from the hustle and yet we often just put a pause on the hustle. When we do this, we are putting ourselves second and ignoring the signs calling us to slow down.

Dina & Maggie share how part of slowing down the hustle is shifting from the role of caregiver to being a caregiver of yourself! Especially, in a healing journey it is so important to look after yourself first. Marla beautifully adds that slowing down can be the trigger for seeing yourself as worthy of care instead of putting the care of others before yourself.
