From Corporate to Life Coaching: Beth Allison's Journey

From Corporate to Life Coaching: Beth Allison's Journey

Beth Allison is a successful corporate gal who decided it was time to do what fulfilled her while she bridged the gap to retirement. Beth had worked in corporate America for 35 years and although she was good at her job, she noticed she didn’t feel good about the job. Her goal became to feel good about the work she was doing. When Beth first decided to make the shift into self-employment, she assessed what was important to her and developed four pillars that guided her on her new journey. From buying a toy store, Beth was able to ground into those four pillars and went in search of other careers that would make her feel good about doing that work. All of her experience led Beth to become a coach and follow her passion for helping people who are caregivers that are looking after a family member.

Listen in for Beth’s powerful story on making the big shift, coaching clients through caregiving challenges, and stepping into this new role in life with vulnerability.
