Welcome everyone to the Seven Figure Spiritual Leader I'm Danielle Rama Hoffman. So this is the seven figure spiritual leader the energetic secrets to go from six to seven figures in record time. So I would love to take a moment to appreciate you to welcome you here I know there's a lot of places and spaces that you can be spending your time and energy and so I really appreciate that you are here and that you are choosing to be here in this now moment. Okay, well with that being said, let's just dive right in here to today's topic, which is the expansion spiral I know right I just like that name just gets me so excited. So the expansion spiral and 100k wealth leaves 100k paydays without the contraction. And so during this masterclass, we're going to dive into the how to tap into the number one energetic secret that makes the difference between I had another 100k payday and I've been stuck at six figures for years. We're going to in alignment with your free will and conscious choice energetically prepare for your next level money, higher consciousness and impact leaps in advance, so you get off the contraction, expansion seesaw for good. And then we're going to practice how to quickly stabilize your expansion. So it's natural and your system feels safe to expand again or to scale. And so before I bring in Thoth and the team later on in this masterclass, I really want to set the stage or the context for not only the seven figure spiritual leader, yet also this idea of 100k payday increases. So as we look at the expansion and crossing into seven figures, and I'll just use that, because specifically, this is designed for folks that are at six figures, going to save seven figures and yet all are welcome. They're really the difference between that is 10 100k leap. So what is 100k payday that can that can look like receiving 100k over any amount of time, and then being able to pull that energy, sustain that energy even more. So what makes the difference between that taking yours and happening happening more quickly, is really your capacity to stabilize when it is that you receive that 100k. So I'm just going to take a moment to stabilize the energies here because I know we're gathering for this first masterclass, and there's a lot of energy and so, so, so very excited.

So let's look at some of the, the context here that I would like to go into. So the first thing is what I and the mandolins love to call the multi D abundance. And that the seven figure spiritual leader is an example of multi D multi dimensional abundance, meaning that there's the seven figures, which is money and you can insert whatever money you're choosing, there's your spirituality or higher consciousness. And then there's leadership and leadership has to do with your global impact that you're here to make, sharing your contribution bringing forth your part of the evolution and consciousness leading yourself and others being able to conduct energy, yours and others. So the seven figure spiritual leader, it is a multi dimensional abundance spiral it is an expansion spiral. It's a candy cane of forms of abundance, in this case, three particular forms of abundance, money, higher consciousness, and then also your your leadership, your your contribution, the the work that you're here to do on the planet at this time. So one of the biggest myths when it comes to the creating and receiving and sustaining 100k paydays without the contraction is that abundance is linear, and that as one form of abundance goes up money, then the in the old paradigm of separation, that would mean that then another form of abundance would go down. So in the old paradigm, or survival consciousness, money would go up, and then that would mean your time or your energy would go down. Where the universal truth is that actually, when you expand an expansion is natural growth is natural, it's natural for you to grow in multiple areas at once. And when you focus on growing in multiple areas that wants are multi dimensional, multi D, five D, then your expansion happens in this beautiful Ascension spiral. And so expansion it went when we're speaking about it multi dimensionally or in a spiral is also where you're going up and out at the same time. So your bandwidth is widening, your visibility is widening, your foundation is widening, you're pooling more money and resources and time. There's this out you have a wider Foundation.

And then you're also going up you're you're, you're going into that, that next expansion and when you have the up energy and the out energy or if we speak about this energetically you have your vertical column, your horizontal column, and you have your vertical column and then you have your horizontal column that that creates this beautiful foundation for the energy to spiral around. And that it spirals in a way expansion spouse in a way that it's very wide. So just hang in here with me I know we've got a wide variety of folks who are super like I'm is I'm using a lot of woo language, this is familiar to you and others, this may be new, but we're, we're getting there. So just hang on here with me for a moment, that when you have this wealth expansion spiral, that is has a solid foundation on the horizontal plane, and also on the vertical plane, then there can be this, this vortex that begins to be created. And so the expansion spiral, and 100k paydays without the contraction is really where you're growing in multiple areas at once. So let's talk a little bit about the contraction, and what the contraction can look like. So when you expand, then you've had that experience, probably where you go four steps forward, and eight steps back, that's an example of a contraction, or you receive 100k wealth, and then you have an unexpected expense. Or you're you're paying more out to your team, or you have a low profit margin, or you share your contribution, let's say you lead a beautiful retreat or powerful event, or your book comes out. And then afterwards, you have an emotional contraction that says, Oh, I'm I did something wrong, or there could be the, the fraud complex of Who am I or you may have a physical contraction, where you have a body crash, or your nervous system crashes.

And that you may have also some slower vibrational thoughts. So I'm pretty sure that everyone's familiar with the contraction, and, and when you collapse the time that you're spending in the contraction, then your expansion can jump timelines, because your your expansion isn't linear, where it's 10%, and then 10%, and then 10%, and 10%, it can actually happen in quite a quantum way. So for example, for those of you don't know my story, and I did talk about this in the video, on the invitation page for the seven figure leader, that I was really stuck at, like 60k years for a long time I first became an entrepreneur in 1994. And that, when I had that first six figure year, I actually had a 230k year so that was a that was a quantum leap that was like, I'm not doing the math in my head here. But it was more than three years worth of income in one year. And then after that year, I, I, my income went down and there was that feast followed by famine, not that it was famine, yet I didn't stabilize and expand from there. So what we're really talking about here today is expand and then expand again. And when I look back at that year, and I invite you as I'm talking here, to kind of tune into when you've experienced an expansion followed by a contraction. When I look back at that year, one of the reasons that my system put on the brakes was because it wasn't an expansion spiral. It was I had more impact I was supporting more clients, I was having more sessions and programs that I was offering, and more money was coming in. And yet my time and energy was going down. And, and, and I was burnt out after that year it was, it was a expansion in a way that wasn't sustainable. And that my system put on, put on the brakes, because it was the old paradigm of one form of abundance goes up and another form goes down. And, and so as you're tuning into a what's an example, where you have had an expansion followed by a contraction, and then it took you a while to expand again, because it took me a while to.

And there were other things going on during that time as well. But it took me a while to, like I had a move. And so those kinds of things can take your attention. But it took me a while to to get into that space, where I expanded and then expanded and then expanded and expanded and expanded. And now fast forward. That's the way that it is it's this ascent, for me this Ascension spiral that is going up and I stabilize that growth in my consciousness and my leadership and my finances, and then I'm expanding from there. So that's really the energy that I'm placing on the altar for this particular masterclass, and also why I'm so passionate about this topic is that this is the time it's an extraordinary time for spiritual leaders. And when you're resourced in multiple dimensions of your life, then I believe we can be of even greater divine service and make an even greater impact. So I'd be curious, when you tune into when you've had expansion contraction, if you if you can identify just like I did, that there was some part of you that was like, Oh, no, that's a no go, I'm not gonna do that, again. Because the cost was the cost was too high, the game was high, but the cost was, was too high. So that's a little bit of the context of what I mean by the expansion spiral. And it's also very much this feminine way, or sacred union way between the feminine the masculine energies, that we may have an idea that we're going to go straight for our target, like we're going to go to seven figures. And we're going to go in a straight line to seven figures. And that that can be very linear, it can be a very masculine way. And as high achievers, highly ambitious leaders that you all are, there can be that sense of, okay, you're just gonna go straight for your target, you're gonna go straight for that seven figures. And yet, what more likely will happen is that you're here let's say you're here in the center and seven fingers are here, and that you're leading your global movement is also here. And then expanding your higher consciousness is here. And then let's say it's time with loved ones, or being really nourished, and your health and all of that, that it's not like you just go straight there, it's that there begins to be this beautiful spiral, that as you're going in, there's 100k or 10k, or the next million, whatever it is for you here. So you move out from the center and this expansion spiral and this is the horizontal plane, and then you're spiraling more your consciousness expands and you're growing. In your consciousness, you have a higher vibration, you're in a greater state of love. And then your your leadership expands, and then you're enjoying more of your time and your radiance and then that next 100k happens, and then it becomes this beautiful expansion spiral that's inclusive, because part of the shift in consciousness is that we have gone from duality and set eration into Unity.

So what used to expand us and the divine is different now than it was 20 years ago and duality and lack and fear has has been very motivating in the past, yet to grow from expand and expand again, it is it's an act of love, it's an act of, of unity that happens from, from a greater states of joy, greater states of resourced ness. So I'm just gonna pause because I know I have a tendency to fire hose to just let that first context settle in about multi abundance about the idea of an expansion spiral. And that, what I will go into next is, and I'm just going to pull up my notes here. And then we'll bring in the team here, that really the the number one energetic secret, to be able to expand and expand again, which I am not hearing that many folks talk about, is what do you do and be after you have an expansion. And so it's natural to expand you your Creator being you will be you have divine desires. And expansion is it's a given. And when expansion is then the law, the universal principle at hand, you you're going to expand and you're going to create your targets you're going to actualize, you're going to manifest. And then what do you do after that, and in duality and separation consciousness, what often happens is you create something $10,000 come in, or you have 10% more now moments, when you're in connection with source, you're you're connected, you're center, or you have a 10% increase in your, in clients in your program, there's some kind of expansion, and you're choosing to have 100%, of whatever that is, I'm talking about clients, I'm talking about money, I'm talking about consciousness. And what what your brain often will do, and you've been conditioned to do in separation consciousness, and it's completely natural or not natural, but it's it happens is you'll go Okay, well, what about the other 90%? So 10 Ks come in on going for 100k? Where is the 90k? And there's a sense of lack, or I was going for 100 clients in my program and there's 10 and whereas the other 90 so you're focused on the gap and separation consciousness, survival consciousness separates you from what it is that that you have.

So what we're really focusing on here today is what do you be and do after an expansion. And to focus on that if you spend 20% more focus on what you do and be and have after an expansion, your time to get to seven figures is going to be collapsed. And it was reminding me today is I did gymnastics as a kid and there was, you know, that like running and then getting on the vault, or going from the uneven parallel bars and doing a dismount and then there is that like sticking the landing. And, you know, you've seen gymnast like after they dismount, they really they like throw their arms up and they they stick the landing and and there's that stabilizing it or I was thinking about paddleboarding or surfing that can you stand up on the paddleboard there's there's your core is stabilizing the expansion. So the number one secret to 100k growth spurts without the contraction is focusing on sticking the landing it's focusing on stabilizing the expansion. It's focusing on absolutely bringing your awareness to that moment and integrating it. So my last little bit of preparation and then I'll bring the team here is that you may be aware of an ascension spiral. And that there's also the energy that that is in this dissension there's Ascension dissension, ascension, dissension, Ascension dissension spiral like the cranial sacral fluid that goes from your occiput to your base of your spine, the energy is always rising, and it's the heavenly chain, the earthly chief had these two directions that are naturally going in your energy system, then of course, things cross and there's the Kundalini and for some of you, I know you're going, oh my goodness, what is she talking about? And others of you were like, Uh huh. And, and so that, that sense of the dissension that that's the shift to focus on the grounding, the integration, the embodiment, the absorption, the the having it pool in your environment, is what really make the difference.
