Melynda Benlemlih has worked in human capital and organizational development for over 20 years, specializing in strategic planning and communications, performance and effectiveness, change management, and leadership development.  She has a working knowledge of Mandarin Chinese and Moroccan Arabic, has traveled and lived abroad, and volunteers to advance equity and inclusion in her local community. Melynda lives in Fairfax, VA with her husband, three boys, a pug named Max and a cat named Gracie
