Surviving trauma is something most of us, if not all of us, unfortunately have to learn. This week’s guest talks about not only surviving, but thriving, after bad things happen. Based in the UK, Claudine Charles shares with us how her personal tragedy led to her professional transformation and her best life. We also discuss the importance of instilling resilience in children and how accepting feedback of all kinds is critical to your success. 

Claudine Charles, is located in the UK has spent the past 18 years working with large global corporations including AAT, ICE, CMS Nabarro Olswang LLP, PwC, where she led, designed and delivered on various large scale talent and learning development programmes. She launched her own business in 2017 to work directly with corporate clients on their large scale learning and talent development programmes.

Claudine regularly coaches leaders, teams and delivers learning both virtually and face-to-face across corporate brands in the Private, Public and Third-Sectors.

Claudine launched a second company in 2019 to support business owners to optimise their business brands online. After learning and gaining success in her business, she wanted to share how you can build a great business brand online.

Claudine is passionate about supporting managers, leaders, employees and business owners to operate at their best and really enjoys with clients achieve their “eureka moments,” and really begin reflecting and improving on what they do.

She’s also a people person, perceptive and outgoing, with a sixth sense for helping others to see the difference between what they want and what they need. The culmination of this is in her personal philosophy: “lead with your heart, act with your head.”
