I believe motivation is a weakness, well, relying on motivation.

Like the tide, motivation comes and goes, but you never know when it will come back.

So you can’t depend on it when you need it most.

You need something more powerful.

Something different.

You need something else to guide you, like the northern star when you feel lost or stuck. You need to leverage conscious values.
