My eyes have Been Opened

Thank you, Michael and the team for opening my eyes. It all started with a small idea to grab a few multifamily and go from there. I got a triplex and THEN read your book and was mind blown. Such an approachable ethos to apartment investing. Now that I know about this I can never go back. Since then I’ve grabbed the SDA (game changer), chatted with Keith on your team, absorbed as much as I can via the podcast and online content and will be there in January in Tampa for the Bootcamp!! Can’t wait and know that it’s going to fast track our first deal in the next six months. Actually chatting with Saul next Wednesday. Also.. you guys say my name every show. Or someone does. The best knowledge out there

I was listening to your podcast the other day with Curtis Morley and I've got to say, I really like what you're doing with it. You've got a real talent for making the guests feel comfortable and really helping them open up. As someone who is also committed to continuously learning and expanding skills, I can certainly relate to his commitment. I value lifelong learning and believe that it is essential to success in any field. I think you have a great format, and I love the way you mix up guests and topics.

Hard Information

Been a listener for a few years now while on active duty in the Marines. Listen to Michael and Garett while I run, drive, down-time at work and while cleaning my house. Amazing insight from many professionals-so much that I’ve even taken notes with pen and paper because the info was so helpful. Can I suggest having some previous guests on again and diving more in depth in their businesses? We’ve heard how many people have started in real estate, what they’re first deals look like and the surface of how they syndicate deals. I’m curious about exactly which type of business they incorporated, how they conduct book keeping, quality assurance tactics, what they’re professional teams look like (accountants, lawyers..). Just simply more hard details instead of soft descriptions of how they overcome obstacles on the day-to-day. I’m interested in starting my own lending business into syndications as I’ve had a little success with it and I just have many questions. Thank you! -Alan Wilt, SSgt USMC
