E 219: Reversing Chronic Illness: A Lifestyle Approach with Dr. George Grant
Dr. George Grant, the esteemed founder of the Academy of Wellness, elucidates the paramount significance of adopting a healthy lifestyle as a means to extend longevity beyond the century mark. He emphasizes that the human body possesses an inherent capacity for self-healing, contingent upon proper hydration, nutrition, and breathing techniques. Throughout the discussion, Dr. Grant shares compelling anecdotes, including the transformative journey of a client who abandoned a life of multiple medications in favor of holistic health practices, ultimately leading to remarkable improvements in his well-being. The conversation further delves into the alarming prevalence of "diabesity," a condition combining the effects of diabetes and obesity, which poses significant challenges to public health. As we engage with Dr. Grant's insights, we are reminded of the critical need for education and proactive measures in fostering a healthier society.

Yes.
Speaker BWell, good morning, everybody, and welcome back to another episode of Adult Child of Dysfunction.
Speaker BToday we have with us a very special guest.
Speaker BHis name is Dr. George Grant.
Speaker BHe is the founder of Academy of Wellness.
Speaker BAnd I don't even have.
Speaker BI don't even know what to say.
Speaker BWelcome, Dr. George.
Speaker BWe have so much stuff to talk about today.
Speaker BI just want to jump right in and get to it.
Speaker AThank you so much, Jamie.
Speaker AI do appreciate the invitation.
Speaker AYes, I'm Dr. George Grant.
Speaker AAcademyofwellness.com Everything your viewers and listeners wanted to know about me but you're afraid to ask is right there.
Speaker AAcademyofwellness.com I've been doing this for 50 plus years.
Speaker AYes, I'm 75 years young.
Speaker AYes, maybe I look younger, but when I was 18, my mom passed away at age 45 years young, my dad passed away at 60.
Speaker AMy grandparents from both sides passed away from 55, 58.
Speaker AHere I am, bad genes, bad DNA.
Speaker AAnd, and I'm still 75 because I believe that people can live healthy till the age of 101 and beyond if they lead and if they live a healthy lifestyle.
Speaker ASo I'm going to be discussing this with Tammy today.
Speaker AThat healthy lifestyle is the key to live healthy beyond 101.
Speaker ABut in case of Tammy, she's going to live healthy till 111 or 121.
Speaker AWhy?
Speaker ABecause look at her skin is very nice and clear.
Speaker AShe's not using oil of Olay, she's not using Botox.
Speaker AShe's just drinking the things that I'm drinking, which is water.
Speaker AI have 40,000 clients worldwide, 95% they don't drink enough water.
Speaker AThey are dehydrated.
Speaker AIn case of Tammy, when I was talking to her, she drinks at least 3 liters of water per day.
Speaker ASo, Tammy, why don't everybody do like what you do to have a healthy skin, a healthy body?
Speaker ABecause water, our body is 7% water, not 7% Coke, Pepsi, Red Bull or alcohol.
Speaker ASo common sense is common sense become uncommon these days.
Speaker ATammy, why don't everybody just do that?
Speaker ANow, 99 of my 40,000, they have shallow breathing.
Speaker AThey do not get enough oxygen.
Speaker AWhy?
Speaker AThey breathe from the chest.
Speaker ABut when I met with Tammy, she has a belly breathing, she breathes from the belly.
Speaker AYou call it diaphragm breathing.
Speaker AYou call it yoga breathing.
Speaker AYou call it deep belly breathing.
Speaker AYou can call it anything you want, but you got to do it every hour.
Speaker ADeep belly breathing.
Speaker AWhy?
Speaker ABecause the chest has, the rib cage does not expand, but the belly can expand.
Speaker ASo I tell people Common sense.
Speaker AIn the lifestyle quiz, you can find this on the academy of wellness.com and you do this about hydration, oxygenation, breathing, about eating.
Speaker AYou are what you eat.
Speaker AWe all what we eat, we all what we do not eat and all what's eating us for stress.
Speaker ANow, I only have three doctor degrees.
Speaker AThe first one on stress and burnout.
Speaker AThe second one on intive medicine, functional medicine, lifestyle medicine.
Speaker ASo I tell my clients, if you start your lifestyle quiz on the website, academyofwellness.com is free, 0 cost.
Speaker ASo you do that.
Speaker ANow when Tammy get around to do it, I predict it's going to be 78.
Speaker ABut she was busy on the weekend doing her own, you know, virtual voice scan, which I'll talk about in a minute now.
Speaker ABut you see, I can even look at the person's face and their eyes because you can see Tammy's eyes, you have a sparkle.
Speaker AYou can see her face is very clear.
Speaker ABut when you somebody with the skin looks like a prune or raisin, that means, you know, drinking the water is, the skin is shrinking.
Speaker ASo you know what?
Speaker AI'm going to demonstrate what I've been doing for the fit the past 50 years using that story, which take only one minute.
Speaker AThis is a guy that was introduced to me in 1998 and he was actually on 28 prescription medications.
Speaker A28.
Speaker AAnd he's done two bypass, he's done two stents.
Speaker ANo improvement in his lifestyle is getting actually worse and worse.
Speaker AHis lifestyle was atrociously bad, very bad.
Speaker AHe was eating bacon and eggs for in the morning.
Speaker AAnd I said, how long you've been eating bacon and eggs?
Speaker AHe said, for 25 years.
Speaker AI said, for 25 years you've been sick and 25 years your breakfast is bacon and eggs.
Speaker ABut have you ever tried anything else?
Speaker ANo, no.
Speaker AI like the taste of bacon, I like the smell of bacon.
Speaker ABut sir, you have 99% clogged arteries.
Speaker AHave you ever tried porridge?
Speaker AHave you ever tried any vegetables, steel cut oats?
Speaker ANo, I don't like any of that.
Speaker AOkay, so I asked the next question.
Speaker AHow much water do you drink?
Speaker ASee, I don't like drink water.
Speaker AI drink diet soda.
Speaker AHow can you drink that soda when you have medication?
Speaker A5 medication for diabetes.
Speaker ASo they told me it's FDA approved.
Speaker AI said, sir, I work for the FDA for 10 years.
Speaker ACDC Health Canada.
Speaker AIf it's FDA approved, it does not mean FDA safe.
Speaker AThere's totally different concepts here.
Speaker ASo I told him to drink the water, do the belly breathing, stop eating this bacon and Stop eating the hot dogs and all of the stuff.
Speaker AHe listened to me.
Speaker AFinally, in less than few months, no medications, no bypass, no stents, no clogged arteries.
Speaker AHe's still alive today at 104 from being dead in hospice in 1998.
Speaker AIf this is not complete transformation, I do not know what is.
Speaker ATammy.
Speaker AI have no idea.
Speaker BYeah, no, it's crazy.
Speaker BAnd it does give an exact.
Speaker BI mean it shows that we can heal our own bodies is what it shows.
Speaker AYou're absolutely correct.
Speaker ALike, I know you're not a doctor yet, but you're studying now with me for your PhD.
Speaker AAnd then you know our body have the capacity to heal even if you're taking 28 meds, the definition of insanity according to Albert Einstein.
Speaker AKeep doing whatever you're doing for 28 years, keep taking the medications, keep taking all of this stuff, expecting different results.
Speaker AThere was no results.
Speaker ASo obviously we're going to insanity here.
Speaker AThe body cannot fix itself.
Speaker AThe body have the capacity to heal when we have the good food.
Speaker ASo you are what you eat by the way, Tammy, Every bite of food, either it can extend your life to one on one.
Speaker AIn your case it's going to be 111, 121 or it takes years out of your life.
Speaker ASo if you start your morning with, with six strips of bacon and three eggs fried in the bacon fat for 25 years and taking 28 meds, how in the world can you be healthy?
Speaker AHow can you actually.
Speaker ABut when you, when you stop everything that you're eating and start eating the right stuff, drinking the the right stuff and then doing the belly breathing and eating the the stuff and doing the exercise and the stuff in the lifestyle IQ quiz.
Speaker AIt's not a secret by the way.
Speaker AThere's no cost to do lifestyle quiz on the website.
Speaker AAnd if somebody go to Academy of wellness and book 30 minutes with Tammy and myself, we can actually help you to detect your lifestyle issues.
Speaker AAnd then what I do to detect lifestyle issues through the lifestyle IQ.
Speaker AAnd also I ask you a few questions in 30 minutes for free to see what exactly is the missing.
Speaker AWhat's the missing link?
Speaker AWhy the body does not heal you yourself.
Speaker AAnd then I was showing Tammy this wonderful app called AO virtual voice scan.
Speaker AThis is one of the best invention in medical science this century.
Speaker AI've been using this and I have many, many clients who rave about it.
Speaker ASo Tammy was kind of some somewhat skeptical said voice scan.
Speaker AYou going to measure my voice energy, voice frequency through the Internet.
Speaker AReally?
Speaker AI live far away from you.
Speaker AI said it doesn't matter where you are.
Speaker ANothing can stop injury.
Speaker ASaid, who invented this?
Speaker AI said, it's not the point.
Speaker AThe company invented this in the USA called Solex.
Speaker AOkay, so Lex LLC, it's on YouTube.
Speaker AYou can check it out, you can check it on YouTube.
Speaker AYou can see what they've done with this.
Speaker AThey actually had a desktop that cost about 30,000 plus.
Speaker AAnd these are desktop to assess clients through the voice and so on.
Speaker ANow they came up with this kind of hand gadget and now we don't even have to get that hardware.
Speaker AYou can actually get the software.
Speaker ASo Tammy was very skeptical, but I said, okay, Tammy, let's run it for you.
Speaker AIt takes only 30 minutes.
Speaker ASo I run the scan and thank God that she was sitting, not standing, because if, if I did this scan with somebody standing, gna fall on the, on the floor.
Speaker ASo, and then every time I did the scan, I did the something called easy scan report to show all of the allergy in the body.
Speaker AShe said, yeah, yeah, that's, that's my allergy.
Speaker AAnd then I showed every health organ in the body.
Speaker ASo I showed her all of the food sensitivity, food allergy, the health of her body.
Speaker ABy the way, young woman here, she is so healthy.
Speaker AIf everybody is like Tammy Vincent, we would have the America healthy again.
Speaker ABut at her young age, she is extremely, extremely healthy.
Speaker AShe's going to do the lifestyle iq.
Speaker AWhen I did this, not many red flag.
Speaker ABut when I do this, for the average person like this guy here, his lifestyle Quiz initially was 15%.
Speaker AHe was like walking dead.
Speaker AHe was in hospice.
Speaker AWhen I saw him, he was walking dead.
Speaker AToday his lifestyle IQ is 78%.
Speaker AWhen I scan him before, there was lots of red flag, about 35 pages of red flag red.
Speaker AHe was in bad shape.
Speaker AI told him, I, I, I, I couldn't even understand why you're still alive.
Speaker ANow less than 10 red flag.
Speaker AWhen I scan Tammy, there was less than 10 red flag.
Speaker ASo I said, tammy, what's wrong with you?
Speaker AYou're not taking medications, you're drinking only the water, you're doing the belly breathing, you're doing all of the stuff.
Speaker AWhy don't every persons in America do like you?
Speaker ABecause then when I actually tested her, everything was healthy.
Speaker AAnd then she said, wow, wow.
Speaker AAnd well, and then I showed her now the comprehensive.
Speaker AThe comprehensive now is all of the MRI.
Speaker AAlmost 98% correlated to MRI and PET scan, CT scan, ultrasound, ECG, EKG.
Speaker AShe said, you can do MRI online virtually?
Speaker AYeah, it's called comprehensive report to test your Body similar to MRI with not without contrast.
Speaker AI do not even use contrast.
Speaker AI want to do MRI because side effects and so on.
Speaker ASo when I did this for Tammy, she said, this is exactly accurate.
Speaker AWhen I did this to every person, not a single one out of the thousand that I scan all over the world said there's does not make any sense.
Speaker ASo this is one I, Tammy and I would like to help you now to show you this.
Speaker ADo the lifestyle quiz.
Speaker AJoin us for 30 minutes for free.
Speaker ADo the scan here.
Speaker AWe'll give you a great discount for it and then we can assess the situation to solve the most common problem that killed my parents and grandparents at mom 45, dad 60, and grandparents 55, 58.
Speaker AWhat is number one chronic illness today?
Speaker AForget about 10 years or 20 years or 30 years ago.
Speaker ABefore that it was heart attack and stroke.
Speaker AToday, the biggest challenge we have something called diabesity.
Speaker ASome of you may never even heard of this chronic illness, which is a combination of diabetes and obesity.
Speaker AIf you combine diabetes and obesity, you get the new term called diabesity.
Speaker AIt's not common in northern US like if you go to North Dakota or Minnesota or, or, or even California, it's not that common.
Speaker AIt's only 50% of the population have diabesity, but it's still significant.
Speaker A50% is significant.
Speaker ABut if you move south to Texas to Louisiana and to Georgia and Tennessee and New Mexico, 60% of adults have diabesity and 70% of young kids have diabesity.
Speaker ANow, if these kids now, once these kids become adult in eight to 10 years, how are we going to handle that increase in diversity?
Speaker AHow we're going to, we're not going to have enough Metformin, insulin, actos, galbarite.
Speaker AWe're not going to have enough things for amputation to do all of the stuff that side effect of diabetes and obesity.
Speaker AIf you don't believe me in everything I'm telling you right now, just visit Mardi Gras every Tuesday in Louisiana and see what they eat every Tuesday.
Speaker AYou will understand what I'm talking about.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker ASo instead of having this diversity which can be simply improved through a healthy lifestyle, by the way, nothing can fix poor lifestyle, not Ozembic.
Speaker AI'm gonna tell you right now as a toxicologist, a pharmacologist and nutritionist.
Speaker AListen, you check my bio and to see.
Speaker AI'm not going to bother you with my complete bio here.
Speaker AJust check my bio and see at academy of wellness.com what I've been studying, how many books I have written in the World.
Speaker AOkay, with the top doctors in the world and how many papers I have published, that's only 400 papers.
Speaker AIt's nothing.
Speaker ABut if it's, if you think it's nothing, the top scientists from Harvard, Johns Hopkins, May Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, by the way, I work with this clinic in the International Pain conference in Chicago 2015.
Speaker AWhen they publish over 150, 200 papers, they said I have accomplished.
Speaker AI'm not trying to, to impress you.
Speaker AAll I want to impress upon you is this.
Speaker AIf you believe that the body have the capacity to heal and you do not need medications, operation, radiation, amputation or any complications, and use a healthy lifestyle and detect the red flag in your body, see what is bothering you, see how is the status of everything in your body.
Speaker ASo let's say that you have some problem with headache, okay?
Speaker AYou can go and take Imitrax, it can take aspirin, codeine, you can take Tylenol, Advil, all of this over the counter medication.
Speaker APeople think it's very safe.
Speaker AIt's not.
Speaker AI'm a toxicologist.
Speaker AAspirin, ESA can cause bleeding.
Speaker AAnd if you're taking blood thinner, by the way, and you take an aspirin, stop doing this because you're going to end up with severe gastric bleeding.
Speaker AWhen you take Tylenol, it's going to affect your liver.
Speaker AIf you don't know this, check it out and see if Tylenol estaminophen can cause fatty liver, can cause liver problems.
Speaker AAnd if you do Advil or any of the ibuprofen.
Speaker AI had one lady, she has severe PMS during her period to take 6 Advil per day for 7 days.
Speaker AI said the maximum on the body sick too.
Speaker AShe said, doc, I'm in pain.
Speaker AWhat do I said, you can handle the pain naturally with something called turmeric.
Speaker ATurmeric is anti, anti inflammatory.
Speaker AIt's proven in science, has publication.
Speaker AI do not share.
Speaker AI'm a scientist before I become a doctor, so I share everything now Published, proven and it's validated by scientists like myself all over the world.
Speaker ASo she keep taking this and she said, I cannot live without ibuprofen.
Speaker AShe developed tachycardia, arrhythmia at young mid-20s.
Speaker AAnd then she now she I believe you.
Speaker ASo I tell my clients start first with prevention, not intervention, self care.
Speaker AAnd instead of crisis care, let listen to your body.
Speaker AI only have three doctorate, but the body have 10 doctorate degrees.
Speaker ASo I can guarantee you that Tammy listened to her body or when her body said I need water she has a bottle water beside her.
Speaker AAnd then just go and drink it.
Speaker AAnd by the way, drink pure water.
Speaker AAnd then you sip it.
Speaker ADo not gulp it slowly and keep the bottle beside you like Tammy.
Speaker AWhere's your bottle of water, Tammy?
Speaker BI don't actually have it with me because I wasn't, I was not finding our link.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker ASo she always keep it beside her and then she always.
Speaker BI was gonna say I don't have it today.
Speaker AShe's fully hydrated.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ASo you can, if you don't believe me, just look at her skin.
Speaker AThere's nobody who's dehydrated.
Speaker ALook at beautiful skin like Tammy right now.
Speaker AIt's very simple.
Speaker AAnd then she does the belly breathing and she does eating that.
Speaker AShe does not eat any fast food.
Speaker AI tell my clients, if you eat fast food, you will die faster.
Speaker AIf you eat slow food in your kitchen, you live longer because you don't know what they're cooking the fast food with.
Speaker AYou don't know.
Speaker ALike when you have salad dressing, they don't know what kind of oil they use in salad dressing or mayonnaise.
Speaker ASo you've got to know all of that.
Speaker ABut you can make your own home made salad dressing or mayonnaise.
Speaker AThen you know what, what to do.
Speaker ASo this is really the approach.
Speaker ADetect the problem before you use medications.
Speaker AOperation, radiation, amputation.
Speaker ASo I had many stories to tell you, but Tammy only gave me 30 minutes.
Speaker AI just want to tell you about story in from Kentucky.
Speaker AThis guy was 50 years young.
Speaker AHe was taken 15 medications for 15 years for diabetes.
Speaker AAt age basically 50, his blood sugar with 250 has a continuous blood sugar monitoring.
Speaker AHe it's always 250.
Speaker AI said, what is the lowest he ever got?
Speaker AHe said 370.
Speaker AI said, this is like four times the average of under 100.
Speaker AAnd he said, I tried everything and I have no feeling from the knee down.
Speaker ASo doctors keep adding medications and now I'm scheduled for amputation from the knee down.
Speaker AI said, okay, let's do the lifestyle quiz.
Speaker AHe scored 30%.
Speaker AI said, anything under 50 there is a problem.
Speaker ABut 30% is a big problem.
Speaker ARemember this guy here has 15.
Speaker AHe was walking dead and today it's 78%.
Speaker AAnd then I said, okay, the obviously the medication is not working.
Speaker AObviously it's scheduled for amputation.
Speaker ADo you want to, do you want to cancel this amputation?
Speaker AHe said, yes.
Speaker ADo you want to go under 100?
Speaker ASay yes.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AFollow this lifestyle accu and put it on your fridge and do not Drink any soda, do not drink any alcohol, do not drink any of this bad stuff, do not eat it in fast food, do not eat any fried food.
Speaker AHe did all of this in 90 days, Tammy.
Speaker AHis blood sugar, he has a continuous blood sugar monitoring and he, he's now 90, 92 from 370 to 450amputation is cancelled, the medication is canceled for diabetes.
Speaker AAnd when we give him this, the scan here, there's something called audio files.
Speaker AWhen I give you the four audio file, did you listen to them every three times a day?
Speaker BYes.
Speaker ASo you're so compliant.
Speaker AHe listened to it three times a day, Tammy, and guess what?
Speaker AWhen he listened to audio files the first night, he has a continuous blood sugar monitoring, he went 4504-003503-00250, 200, 150, 100.
Speaker AHe was, he went to his physician, he was because he going from hyperglycemia, high blood sugar to low blood sugar now.
Speaker AAnd his doctor said, what are you doing?
Speaker AWe're going to stop all meds.
Speaker AI'm going to cancel oral amputation and whatever Dr. Grant recommended for you, just do it.
Speaker AHe was not even open to see what did Dr. Grant recommended about lifestyle?
Speaker ASome physicians, like, really, they do not want to do this anyway, Jeremy now has no diabetes, no neuropathy, no amputation.
Speaker AHe's living healthy, has recommended to me so many clients, not only from Kentucky, but from all over the world.
Speaker AThe point I want to try to make is this.
Speaker AIf you have an oh, he released 33 pounds in three months with no diet, no zambic, no diet, you know, diet tricks and all of the stuff that's out there on the Internet, simply by eating the healthy food, drinking the water he was not drinking enough water before and so on.
Speaker ASo he's living now, fully hydrated, fully oxygenated, doing the belly breathing instead of the shallow breathing, eating the healthy food instead of the bad food.
Speaker AHe's telling the whole world.
Speaker ANow, if you want to reverse diabetes and obesity, this is what you got to follow Dr. Grant and you got to detect the root cause of your problem and to solve it.
Speaker ASo Tammy, the long and short of it, if the body have the capacity to heal and we have all of the natural remedy and supplements published, proven in science for many years.
Speaker AIt's been used in centuries, since Ancient Egypt for 5,000 years, Ancient Roman Empire for 4,000 years, the Indian medicine, the Ayurvedic medicine, couple thousand years, plus the Chinese medicine.
Speaker AAnd by the way, Demi, you've seen when I done the scan here for you.
Speaker AI tested your chakra based on Ayurvedic medicine.
Speaker AAll of the seven chakras.
Speaker AAnd by the way, her seven chakra was all open, was all healthy.
Speaker ANow I scanned some people and half of their seven chakra, like at least three are double reds.
Speaker AAnd I did not find any red flag in Tammy.
Speaker AI said, tammy, what, what is, what are you doing here?
Speaker AEverything is open, right, Tammy, is that correct?
Speaker BYep, you got it.
Speaker AAnd then I did the Chinese meridians.
Speaker AAnd so the Indian medicine, which is called Ayurvedic medicine, detect the chakra, that's the seven inner center.
Speaker AThink of it as the, the energy switch in your house to control all of the energy flow in your body.
Speaker AThe Chinese medicine.
Speaker ANow, the meridians are the wires in your body that conduct electricity.
Speaker AAgain, when I tested this for Tammy, her meridians were open.
Speaker AMaybe I, I think I saw a single.
Speaker ASingle one.
Speaker ASingle red, right?
Speaker ASingle red.
Speaker BI think I have a single red.
Speaker BYes, down the spine, down the spot.
Speaker AAnd it shows the spine in the comprehensive.
Speaker AAnd I said, she said, how did you do this?
Speaker AThrough the voice.
Speaker AThat's much better than X ray.
Speaker AAnd I, by the way, I tell my clients, avoid X ray, avoid mammogram for ladies, please avoid mammogram because of the X ray and so on.
Speaker AAnd avoid colonoscopy.
Speaker AIt's very invasive.
Speaker AI tell.
Speaker AActually I had one client who done four colonoscopies.
Speaker AEvery time he done the colonoscopy, they find a polyps and they cut it and they come back and they cut it and then he was scheduled out for the fifth one.
Speaker AI told him, please do not do the fifth colonoscopy because that's too invasive and it's very dangerous.
Speaker AHe told me, you have three doctor degrees.
Speaker AI appreciate your skill and.
Speaker ABut my internist, which you are not, told me I should go for the fifth one.
Speaker AHe went to the fifth one, he came out of the colonoscopy, half his colon was removed.
Speaker AI'm not telling you this to scare you, but all I'm telling you, if you've done four colonoscopy and they did find pull ups, do not go for number five or actually do not do it at all because it's very invasive right now.
Speaker AWe can take a small stool of sample and then you can put it in an envelope, send it to the lab.
Speaker AIt's called in Canada.
Speaker AHere it's called fit test.
Speaker AIn the States they called collie guard.
Speaker AI think you have quality card.
Speaker AIt's as Accurate as colonoscopy.
Speaker AIt's not invasive.
Speaker AYou put a soul sample in the envelope and then he send it by mail and it's as good.
Speaker ASo why would you have to go to colonoscopy and remove half his colon?
Speaker ANow he's walking with a bag.
Speaker ALike, if you would have taken probiotics, prebiotics and postbiotics and to shrink the polyps and to do this, he would have no problem with this small intestine.
Speaker ANo gas, no bloating.
Speaker AYou know what, Tammy?
Speaker ASometimes I feel like common sense is uncommon because when I look at the people in southern U.S. why would any mom, every mom, should love their kids?
Speaker ACorrect?
Speaker AI mean, I don't have any doubt about this, but why any mom in Texas, Louisiana and Georgia give their kids for lunch a white bread, salami bologna and a can of Coke or Pepsi or any of this stuff?
Speaker AHave they started to hate their kids to give them toxic food?
Speaker ALike, you already agree with me that these are not healthy lunch.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AAnd that's why we have 70 of the kids, school kids have obesity.
Speaker ASo why didn't you just give him salads?
Speaker AWhy?
Speaker ATo give him a bottle of water.
Speaker AJust water.
Speaker ALike, what's wrong?
Speaker ALike, okay, how long would it take to, to give the person the water?
Speaker BRight?
Speaker BNone.
Speaker BNone at all.
Speaker BJust a little bit of effort and a little, you know, it's same thing.
Speaker BSend them with carrot sticks instead of a bag of chips.
Speaker AExactly, exactly.
Speaker AOkay, common sense.
Speaker ACarrot sticks, celery sticks, lettuce.
Speaker AIt's something like, okay, so if every mother is like you, Tammy, we will have America healthy again.
Speaker AWe will wipe, we will eradicate diabesity.
Speaker AIt's not going to be higher than heart attack on a stroke right now.
Speaker AThis is something that we need to like.
Speaker AHow many physicians where you live right now assess people for diabesity?
Speaker ANot many.
Speaker AHow many people do the A1C test, HbA1C to see the diabetes in three months?
Speaker AHow many people do the fasting blood sugar?
Speaker AHow many people do the survey?
Speaker ALike what you and I are doing for Lifestyle Quiz.
Speaker AHow many doctors now having.
Speaker ANot many, doc.
Speaker ANot less than 0.1% of all physicians in the world have this app yet it's been around for 20 years.
Speaker ASo I think you and I have to do lots of education about to educate the physician, chiropractors, nurses and physiotherapists, massage therapists, healthcare practitioners about this because I think that's the only hope we have to educate the masses here.
Speaker ASo I only have 19,000 on LinkedIn followers.
Speaker AAnd as soon as this podcast go on LinkedIn, you're going to see the number going from 19,000 to 20,000.
Speaker AWhy?
Speaker ABecause people need this information.
Speaker AIt's all about opening the switch, which I wish we have a switch up there to open it, to have open mind, to listen and to do, because we have two ears and one mouth.
Speaker AI think I talked enough.
Speaker ASo you know what?
Speaker AI'm going to leave the last five minutes here for Tammy for you to ask some questions.
Speaker ABecause during this questions, your viewers and listeners, when they go to Academy of Wellness.com and watch the previous YouTube under Academy of Wellness and watch my LinkedIn podcast, they're going to understand more.
Speaker AAnd, and then you and I will do future podcasts on how to reverse heart attack, stroke, cancer, naturally.
Speaker ABy the way, you can reverse cancer at the early stages with no chemo, no radiation, no biopsy, through prevention, not intervention, through self care instead of crisis care, and detecting the root cause of the problem.
Speaker AWhat is the problem?
Speaker AOur objective here, Tammy, is to let everybody is able to live till 101, 111, 121, because the body have the capacity to heal.
Speaker ASo can you imagine somebody like me who lost his parents and grandparents very early?
Speaker AI'm 75 right now.
Speaker ACan you imagine if I lived in 101?
Speaker AI mean, if.
Speaker AIf I didn't, you will for sure and did that.
Speaker ASo.
Speaker ABy the way, I didn't tell you, tell your viewers yet.
Speaker AThe device also detect your telomeres, your chromosomes, your DNA.
Speaker AWhen I did this for Tammy, she said, wait a minute.
Speaker AYou can detect four generations deep from my father's sides and mother's sides.
Speaker AWhen I told you this, Tammy, how did you feel about this app?
Speaker AHow did you believe me?
Speaker BWell, you know, it's funny because I do want to take one minute and tell you about this test because I believe in frequencies.
Speaker BI know this.
Speaker BI have a scanner that I test my oil, you know, test what I'm reacting for, for my essential oils every morning.
Speaker BI have all that.
Speaker BBut I'm like, let me see how good this guy is.
Speaker BYou know, he's coming on my podcast.
Speaker BI'm gonna like, let me, let me see this out, man.
Speaker BDr. Grant, the stuff you told me, like, he literally diagnosed everything that was going on.
Speaker BI've been having a little thing in my eye and that popped up and he's like.
Speaker BAnd then you guys, if you've listening to my podcast, you know, I tore four, five ligaments in my knees three years ago, and I'm only having a tiny bit of trouble with my left acl and a picture of my knee pops up and it says left acl.
Speaker BAnd I'm like, whoa, wait a minute.
Speaker BLike, I mean, and you even, I mean, I'll be flat vulnerable here.
Speaker BYou even got pretty, pretty personal.
Speaker BAnd I'm like, how did he know that?
Speaker BLike I literally been working on this thing for years.
Speaker BAnd he's like, oh yeah, it's just this like so casual, like everybody should have known, but no doctor in 15 years has ever told me.
Speaker BI was literally blown away.
Speaker AYeah, you know, Tammy, you just mentioned the word diagnosis.
Speaker ASince I work for the FDA and cdc, I do not like to use the word diagnosis.
Speaker AI don't want him to call me Sid.
Speaker ADr. Grant, your PhD, you start to diagnosing now.
Speaker ASo we call it wellness assessment and wellness education.
Speaker ASo basically it's an assessment, educational diagnosis.
Speaker AIn fact, I tested one lady and I said it shows on the device you have something, it cause you painful intercourse.
Speaker AAnd she said, how did you know this?
Speaker AAnd I said, it's.
Speaker AIt shows right there.
Speaker ASo when I show her actually the picture of this and I do another lady and I showed lady, do you have any straining during your pooping and do you have any hemorrhoids?
Speaker AYeah, but he did not pull my pants down to look at my butt.
Speaker AI said, we don't need to do that.
Speaker AIt's all through the voice, you know, I mean, when we do this together now to scan the person of metato, we will see all of the comprehensive assessment.
Speaker AIt's an assessment, it's an education for the client to see what's going on in your body.
Speaker AAnd then they eat.
Speaker ANow more fiber to allow more bowel movement with no straining.
Speaker AYou know, Tammy, you and I on a mission right now to help people to understand about prevention versus intervention self regarding sort of crisis care and healthy lifestyle.
Speaker ANobody should be living with 28 medications.
Speaker AIf you understand anything about toxicology, you should understand before you take any medications, look at the side effect of the medicine.
Speaker ABefore you take Ozambic, hoping to lose weight side effect of Ozembic.
Speaker ASo you got to understand first side effect.
Speaker ASimply going to pubmed or to Google or to any other library.
Speaker AOzempic side effect, statin side effect.
Speaker AIf somebody look at statin side effect, they would never touch Zocor, Lipitor, Provocol, any medication to reduce cholesterol.
Speaker AAnd by the way, we need cholesterol to to produce healthy hormones.
Speaker ACholesterol is not the problem.
Speaker AWhen the cholesterol gets Oxidized.
Speaker AWhen the LDL gets oxidized, if your clients are not familiar with ldl, it's the lousy cholesterol start with LDL and we want to increase HDL happy cholesterol, which stands for high density lipoprotein.
Speaker ALDL is low density lipoprotein.
Speaker AAnd the vldl very low density lipoprotein.
Speaker AThat's the worst you can ever have because that's when it oxidize, it clog the arteries and that's what caused this problem right here, clogging of the arteries, Right.
Speaker ASo if we want to avoid this naturally, you don't need statin.
Speaker AAll you need now is to have your liver to Recover through Natural Omega 3 Natural Antioxidants, Natural minerals, vitamins, natural stuff to dissolve all of the stuff that cause a fatty liver.
Speaker AAnd then watch what you eat.
Speaker AIf you're eating like twice or three times a week, fast food, you should avoid fast food for three months.
Speaker AYou're going to have the fatty liver becomes lower by doing liver function tests with your physician or with Tammy and I to the scan here for you to see how healthy is your liver.
Speaker AAnd then if you have removed your gallbladder now, if you have nothing to store the bile now your surgeon probably so busy didn't tell you you cannot touch any oil or fat for the rest of your life because you have nothing.
Speaker ASo the liver now will work over time because you have no gallbladder.
Speaker ASo that's when the liver start to become fatty and you end up with liver cirrhosis.
Speaker AThat's serious because the liver not working over time.
Speaker ASo if somebody have removed the gallbladder, any one of your listener did this, they should really pay attention now and make sure that you have a healthy liver by detecting how healthy is your liver and going to your physician and ask for liver function test to test your SGOT transaminase.
Speaker AI don't want to go into through scientific stuff, but any physician in the world will be able to test your liver function and deliver enzymes and so on.
Speaker ASo you know what we do, Tammy here is basic to educate.
Speaker AIt's all about education.
Speaker AMake them informed, let them listen to their body.
Speaker AIf you have a headache, you do not rush for imitrax, you do not trash for codeine and aspirin, Tylenol just do the belly breathing because it dilates blood vessel, brain and then you actually take the stuff away that causes the headache.
Speaker BUse something like turmeric, curcumin, peppermint, peppermint on your forehead.
Speaker AWill get rid of a headache, as you mentioned, essential oils.
Speaker AAnd then you put it in the temple right there and massage it and then put it in a diffuser.
Speaker AWhy?
Speaker ACommon sense, Tammy, becomes uncommon.
Speaker AWhy don't you educate the public through your podcast, through seminars, webinars, summits, and then we're gonna target Texas, Louisiana and New Mexico.
Speaker AAll of these places, Tennessee, dude.
Speaker AEducate the mothers there.
Speaker AStart to give your kids a healthy food.
Speaker ABecause if we start with the mothers, start with the teenagers to prevent and reverse diabesity.
Speaker AI think there's hope, Demi.
Speaker AIt is my hope.
Speaker AMaybe within five years, we can wipe away diversity in the world.
Speaker AWe can wipe away any chronic illness naturally through the body, have the capacity to heal, the body, have the capacity to repair.
Speaker ABecause we work by healing the body from the bottom up.
Speaker ASo we start with healthy mitochondria.
Speaker AWhen I show Tammy the mitochondria, you can actually test my mitochondria.
Speaker AThat's really.
Speaker AThese are the powerhouse.
Speaker ALike we have in our body 40 trillion cells.
Speaker AEvery cells in the body have millions and billions of mitochondria.
Speaker ASo if we start like building a house from the bottom up, like that's how we build a house.
Speaker ASo the bottom here is the mitochondria that builds healthy cells, healthy tissues, healthy organs, healthy systems.
Speaker AThat's how you build a house, right?
Speaker AUnfortunately, in allopathic medicine, they start with the top first.
Speaker AThat's why we have a cardiologist for the heart, nephrologist for the kidney.
Speaker AFor we, for every organ we have a system.
Speaker AThey only know nothing but except that system.
Speaker ATammy, did you know that in the eye they have four different specialists for the eye, a single organ, have four different specialists.
Speaker AIf you want to have a healthy eye, just take more zeodantin, lutein, bilberry, blueberry.
Speaker ATo have a healthy eyes, then you avoid going to a forest specialist for glaucoma, cataract, macular degenerations, wet and dry.
Speaker ALike there's no point to go for retina specialist.
Speaker AAnd you know, if you can just avoid that before going to a four different eye specialist, you can do it properly.
Speaker AYou know what, Tammy?
Speaker AI think you and I will do multiple podcasts, seminars, webinars, summits.
Speaker AWe need to educate this.
Speaker AWe need to really raise the consciousness and education for the clients.
Speaker AOh yeah, to make the people living healthy till one on one, 111 and world 21 like you.
Speaker AThis is what my goal in life.
Speaker AI don't want to have a teenagers losing their mom when they're 18 years young.
Speaker AThat's really my goal in life.
Speaker ASo if you listen to this, join Tammy, join me for free.

Speaker BEverything start small, guys.
Speaker BYou don't, don't shock you don't run out and think you're going to do it all.
Speaker BDon't stop your medicines, whatever you're doing.
Speaker BStart doing your research, reach out, do the assessment.
Speaker BStart learning, start learning and start just putting it in the back of your mind like make better choices.
Speaker BYou only have one body.
Speaker BYes, you have to, you have to preserve it.
Speaker BYou have to love it.
Speaker BYou have to take care of it because if you he keeps holding up his for the people not seeing.
Speaker BHe's holding up his 101 Ways book to live for 101 years.
Speaker BBut you only have one body and it was, it is your most precious asset and you deserve, thank you so much to honor it and to take care of it and to let it live as long as you possibly can.
