Grief to Gratitude

Grief to Gratitude

Things seem to have gone a little extra bat-shit crazy around the world these days and it’s drastically changing the way most of us connect, function and earn a living. A lot of this new and “unknown” territory has led to an increase in stress for the population at large.

After talking with and listening to a bunch of people share their thoughts and feelings of overwhelm, anxiety and fear, what I’ve come to realize is that what most of us are feeling is a form of grief.

This feeling of grief comes from experiencing a death of sorts. The death of who we were as individual people and really society as a whole. There are so many external things that are changing and falling away and we’re helpless to control so many aspects of that.

But there is so much on the internal level that we can control. This is a chance for us to really go deep and get to know ourselves better.

Today on The Karen Kenney Show, we’re talking about how we can best navigate this new, temporary way of living that we’ve all been thrust into and how it’s possible over time, and with great compassion, to use Spiritual tools to transform our Grief into Gratitude.
