I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

You know that determination that you experience sometimes in your life, and you have the ability to get down different things that maybe you didn't even know you could you manage to accomplish certain tasks or events, or moments in your life challenges, whatever it is, what gritting your teeth, and getting there, and just getting it done. wasn't really there sometimes. You kind of know what you need to do. But why can't you listen to yourself. And then you crack the sheets. And then he gets sad and repeats, seemingly week after week. And yeah, now can recognize when it's coming on, and you have that. Here we go again moment. Sometimes awakens gives you some peace. But then, as you starting to get closer to Monday, that same internal battle returns, why can we get a consistency that I know will make all the difference in my life happens out throughout your day at work, then you're left playing catch up at the end of the day. And you have to use the time where you should have been home with your family or exercising or catching up with people. You have to use that time to catch up on the work that you didn't get done before. We when you were distracted when you're procrastinating. And when you were avoiding doing what you know you needed to do.

That starts with actually self awareness. So if you're nodding through this, and you can identify with it, it's just an admission to yourself. Yeah, that does happen. Then starting to catch yourself actually wanting the change, because it's all well and good to say it. But if you don't actually want it, you won't get the results you want. catching yourself every time you notice that it happens. As I've mentioned before, journal on, write it down. Me I found myself doing this again. Why do I keep doing it? Ask questions in the journal process. At the very least be aware of it and catch yourself every time it happens. And when you actually want to call create the change, then you do need a circuit breaker. So that's finding something that you know works. Now usually you can find a secret to this in other areas of your life. To have a thinking about other areas of your life. We don't seem to get bogged down. We you seem to always get that forward momentum and determination and have a think about how that unfolds. Why is that the case? What's in place? In that scenario that means that I do always have the determination because it is possible to overcome this. It is possible to have that determination on a regular basis. You know it because you've experienced it at different times. And man, how good is it feel? When you're able just to grit your teeth and get it done and you look back at what you've created or what you've done or what you've accomplished, what problem you've solved. You just feel so good within yourself.

Such a great family so keep catching yourself keep finding that self awareness commit to change then turn up differently. But steely determination to get it done is there and you'll find it. The clearer you can get on what it looks like when it's there. What your success will be the wins you get the clearer that is, the more likely that the solution is going to show up for you. Good luck with it.
