I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

Any good sports psychologist will tell you that when your performance dips, you go back to process. You can apply this same knowledge to all areas of your life from of course, business work. But even things like your relationships. If you have a process at home, for managing the day to day runnings of the household, you just got back to the process takes all the emotion out of it. There's no more or it this, you did this, you didn't do this. Why isn't this happening? Just get back to process. sounds overly simple, and in a way it is. But not always easy to implement, right. And that's because the biggest part of trusting the process is trust itself. There have been different times in your life, where you thought you were trusting the process. And you didn't get the results that you were expecting. There are other times where you might have been following a process, not necessarily the best process for you. And things didn't work out how you'd hoped. So again, it further erodes your trust of self. So it's important that the process that you have, is linked to how you operate at your best. Because how you do one thing is how you how you do one thing successfully, is how you can do everything successfully. And let me explain what I mean. There will be an area of your life where you always seem to get it right. And you naturally follow a process. And it's just so hard wired that you just do it again and again. And again. Now everyone has an area in their life where that's the case, even if that area is is something that perhaps is not as beneficial now as it once was. But every one has an area of their life that if they went to it, they'd be able to do it successfully. The key then, is to unpack and reverse engineer that process. And look at what's at the essence of each of those steps. And then build out a process in general terms that you can repeat for all situations. And I'll give you an example. Working with a current client in he's a private client, so one on one and rather than group coaching, and he's a CEO. And he's had some different challenges with staff in his business. And he was stuck on how he was going to get the best results out of different key members, and how he was going to be able to go through a process that was going to work in that area. So what we did is we we say what we looked at what is the area that you always have to have success. And while he's a bit sheepish in admitting to this, see, he was like, Well, my parenting I think I'm doing a really good job.

Now he's had awesome role modeling when it comes to the different elements that he was talking about, around patients and to prisons, and all of the different elements that were important to him. That doesn't mean he hasn't had challenges in other areas. But what we're able to do was really tap into what was that the essence of that process? And how can we repeat it. And without going into all his personal details, one of the key elements was, he was well rested, and he was exercising. Another area was he wasn't experiencing stress. So he had a lot of areas of his life all in a line in all in line and wasn't having to worry about anything else. He was staying present. Staying positive. And instead of directing, he was asking questions and seeing how he could be of great assistance to his children. And again, that's the simplified version, because I don't want to go into all his personal details. And then it was like building, how can we find the general terms for each one of those steps that he goes through every day. And build that repeatable process, and a process that can be repeated in anything from 30 seconds to a whole day. And particularly when it came to the different challenging stuff that he was experiencing at the time. Because when we have a process like that, it's unique to us that we've already been doing well, for a long time, then the trust itself builds and it builds quickly becomes your new process to follow. Now, initially, you may need to be really intentional about it, and apply specific details through that that general process. And over time, like that one thing that you already do really well, other areas of your life will come up to that same level by just just by following that process. So then, not only will you know your process, you trust the process, and you'll develop an even deeper trust of yourself to get the best results every single time. Now, speaking of new processes, I have a new process coming out. And I've mentioned it a few times have been some challenges with the tech. So hopefully, fingers crossed, actually, this week, everything's ready to go except there's a few little bugs to iron out. But whenever you listen to this, if you'd like that process, let me know this is the Grief Code framework. This is what I've been working on for the last few years. But now I got it down to a short version, and a book to help you navigate what's going on for you at any given time. So your body will show you different signs about what's going on, you might have pain in different areas in whatever some other strange physical symptoms. And this framework will tell you what that particular symptom means it will tell you what your body's trying to tell you. And it will also highlight to you some of the different behavioral patterns that that might come with it. And of course, I'll show you how to be able to create a new way of being so you can release any physical pain, you can release any anger and frustration that you may have experience or you may experience regularly and overcome procrastination and all of those other things that get in the road of you performing at your absolute best on a regular basis on a consistent basis. So if you want early access to that, let me know. And I'll get you straight on the list. Otherwise, stay tuned. Keep an eye out on my all my social media platforms. And if you haven't already joined my emailing list and you'll be one of the first to receive it. Have an awesome day.
