Getting a little bit out there for this one. So keep an open mind. take on board what makes sense and leave what doesn't. So you may have heard me reference the work with some like Louise Hay who has done extensive work on what the body is telling you. And I've interviewed different people on here have done work in that space as well. And the more that I do this work, the more that I realize and know that when you release and make peace with things from your past, and the body finds a way to heal, I've got an incredible testimonial from a client recently where they'd had hip problems and we did a bit of a deep dive on what that might have been from and it was a connection degree from and one of the grandparents which came to me through the intuitive process. She's had spent any number of sessions money time with with practitioners trying to improve that happen to no avail. But since that session we did hips been completely fine. painfree for the last four months, she didn't say returned at one point and she used one of the meditations I gave her and shifted away again, no more pain. So through these processes, I developing my own library of what the body is telling you about certain elements of grief. And I was talking to a friend recently who's had Bell's Palsy and still working through it now it's it's improving slowly. Just just asked him about like the mental side of it like and how scary it must have been and and just says we have the conversation I remembered that that my dad had had Bell's palsy must have been when I was in my late 20s late teens, early 20s. Now my understanding of how it explained to me back then was Bell's palsy can either last for 24 hours or be permanent. You may have also heard there's been different stuff out there around perhaps Bell's palsy may have come from the result of some other medication that may have had a negative impact. Now regardless of what the physical cause of it, there's always an underlying emotional cause. And so I started unpacking that and doing a bit of meditation externalizing it with, with my coach and and getting a bit of clarity on what that was and the word that came up was betrayal feeling betrayed by everyone because no one believed in them and that no one believed them. And it had such an intense level that is a physical reaction from the body fascinating again, like I said, keep an open mind with these ones

so we'll come back to wherever you're at specifically is like what what your body be telling you at the moment what is the stock emotion or thinking that you've got going on? It's keeping that injury or illness in your system. Chronic when I say chronic chronic can sometimes be seen as this really horrific thing and it can be but it's more chronic just means repeating and ongoing. owing. So that might be daily view, it could be, you keep having the same injury or illness return on a all too regular consistency. For some people it's like every 12 months sometimes attached to the seasons sometimes to attach to an event, remember a client about three or four years ago and had seasonal allergies and through some different breathing techniques, he's no longer having seasonal allergies. So whatever it was that needed to be cleared for him has cleared up his physical part of him. So if you've come this far, you're more than a little curious and and you might not necessarily have had Bell's palsy yourself but maybe you know, someone who has or you're just curious about the human body like I am, and, and how it all works. But like with anything, it's like when we when we see people in our life who have got things going on as well. It's like what if, what if I just gave them an opportunity to talk about it? And, and maybe externalize some of the frustration because it's amazing when you give people a voice how often they go, oh, yeah, I'm pretty sure this particular illness came on. Right after XYZ events happened. Sometimes it's when three events happened happen all at once. Someone was talking to you just recently, someone quite close to me telling me how that three significant events on the one time and that's when their thyroid issue had flared up. And if you want to go do a deeper dive, check out German new medicine. And you can see how clinical studies have shown that certain shock moments in your life because it there's a direct color correlation. Fascinating. Short answer for you is just have a look what your body's doing. What might it be telling you, be curious, make a commitment that you want it to be different. Write it down, through not through negative words not saying I don't want to feel this this this anymore. Say I would like my body to be strong to be healthy to be however you want it to be. And then be open to the solutions for you to help you to heal.
