Fundamental brain facts for success and freedom

Did you know that our brains are like batteries, they need to be charged every 60-90 minutes. In twenty short minutes our brains are fired up once again and are able to concentrate once again

But another fun fact is a tired brain switches gears and uses creativity and invention to problem solve. Knowing that every 60 -90 minutes we can use this natural rhythm to switch modes and glide our way to our greatest self.

So if your feeling uninspired or unproductive, possibly it's time for a ca nap. Facts are that that afternoon snooze is worth it. While we nap, half our mind remains alert and working, sorting and filing data which improves both performance and memory. 

Other life skills improve our focus too. Meditation, exercise, single mindedness and Theda time all improve focus.

But tune into day two where we will explore the things that either distract or empower our genius.
