Welcome to the mind body and joy podcast. I’m your host Linda Morrison and today is our episode 3 in the series I’m calling: “be more like.” Today we have my favourite sociologist Brené Brown.
In case you don't know Brené Brown is American researcher story-teller, professor, lecturer, author, and podcast host. Brené came to fame with her TED talks and her appearances on the Oprah Winfrey show.
Often in this modern comfortable world that we all reside in, we forget that grit and determination is required to get things done. Lagertha reminds us of this often and on today's show I'm going to talk about that and a whole lot more.
Brené believes in Courage over comfort and does not believe that cussing and praying are mutually exclusive. It's these simple statements that make her so incredibly popular.
On today's show we will explore why we should all be a little more like Brené Brown.
