Learning what I need to know

I kinda stumbled on this podcast by listening to another podcast because I'm interested in learning about getting more bang for my buck when buying rental units. Its kinda step by step advice with each episode. I really feel like I'm getting a good overview of buying commmercial property and I think I'll be able to expand from buying single family houses, duplexes, and triplexes soon. Great content.
