About the Guest:
Yolunda Elam, aka Yo, is an authenticity coach and speaker who has an infectious smile and contagious energy. She is known for her compassionate spirit, ambitious mind, and being unapologetically herself. She has spoken, trained, and taught at schools, in churches, virtually, on television and podcasts. She is a leader who knows the importance of creating community and building relationships. She is a Marvel fan, loves computer brain games, and spending quality time with her five grandkids. Yo was diagnosed with the disease of alcoholism in March of 2019 and is passionate about sharing her journey with others in hopes they too may be freed from the bondage of addiction.
