Overthinking Will Ruin Your Relationship

Overthinking Will Ruin Your Relationship

In today's episode, I talk about how overthinking is self-sabotage and ruins your relationships. It's vulnerable and I hope some of you can relate. Please send me a DM on IG if you resonate and share your experience with me, or email me at lifecoachbrooke@gmail.com if you are not on Instagram.

We can all overthink at times, but when you are overthinking in a way that you cannot stop and it's causing you to look at every detail of your partner and your relationship it is most definitely time to reign it in. Overthinking itself causes us to try and think of every potential awful thing that could happen to us as a result of this relationship, and if you are looking for problems you will eventually find them. If we desire a happy union we have to hold ourselves accountable for our behavior and, make the changes we need to for ourselves. Love is what makes this human experience worth it. When you can lean into love and go into your relationships with love you will reap the rewards of love like you have always wanted and more.

Like everything we try to overcome it takes time to get yourself into a new way of being, change work is hard stuff, but, it's about the journey along the way and what you learn about yourself that matters most.
