·       Let’s consider for one second going into the holidays with more acceptance of ourselves. Talking kindly and in an approving way instead of being critical

·       It’s ok to change the narrative in your mind. It is ok to turn the A$$ kicking machine off and embrace the positivity machine, and affirmations help you do that!
