Unique Leaders: Zondra Evans

Unique Leaders: Zondra Evans

Zondra grew up in East Texas near Texarkana. Her grandfather and a part of her family lived in Arizona and graduated high school from Arizona. Later she went and worked at Intel in California. She spent about 30 in California. She was able to made decisions and run certain parts of the company that helped to teach her many things. She always had an entrepreneurial spirit and always had a side hustle. This was a part of her heritage. Later on she ended up getting a certification to be a coach. She has a business degree so it’s crazy that she is was getting a certification that had to do with communication. She learned as time went on that business has ups and downs. When she left Intel to start her entrepreneurial journey and she questioned whether this was for her. Then came a position with health care company and she joined them, leading their sales team. After a few years she got the golden handshake -got laid off. She was actually happy about it. She was working on an exit strategy to leave the company and go out to stat her motivational speaking and coaching company. She also wrote her first book.During this time she was called to buy he own Rooku channel and this is when Zondra TV began. She wasn’t sure what the end was going to be, but she feels like God has been shaping her and her channel over the years. She didn’t start out with it being a faith based channel but one day she felt a small voice that pushed her to give God the glory through everything. From the meetings to the shows, give the God the glory. In 2020, she really jumped on the streaming platform bandwagon. Now her program is a big success. Zondra’s program works with people and walks them through how to become a producer. She teaches them how tomonetize their content and then apply the things they learn in the program on their own. She has quite a few people graduate from the program I Season 1 & 2 and is about to do a Season 3 with more people who want to learn what she has to teach. She is a big proponent of continuing to learn and to apply what you learn to something you are doing. This is a very important aspect that she teaches in her program.
